Отличное место, большая парковка, удобное расположение отеля - метров 500 до пешеходной улицы (на которой магазины и кафе) Номер чистый, опрятный, вид на горы отличный. Напротив есть магазин, где можно купить перекусить. Фен выдали по первой просьбе (странно что его изначально не было в номере). Всё понравилось, тихое место.

Nice and clean rooms, quiet area and location close to the main city centre, nice staff, tasty breakfast, good restaurant on side, room confort, nice views on Tatras from the room,..
Everything was great about our stay, only one thing we did not like - some practices were not very environmentally friendly :( Small shower gels and soaps in little plastic packages added frequently, similar packages of food for breakfast, small plastic bottles of water in the room every day. It is nice from customer's service point of view, but it creates lots of unnecessary waste (I did not have a feeling it was recycled). We visited other nice good hotels in Europe and these issues were dealt by using big containers in the bathroom refilled by good quality shampoo, recycle bins were around in the hotels, breakfast buffet offers without packaging, etc.
