Voucher Redemption Terms & Conditions:
- This gift voucher for 500 PLN entitles the recipient to redeem it for hotel services. If the value of the selected hotel services exceeds the voucher amount, the difference must be settled. If the bill value is lower, the balance is not refundable.
- The voucher can be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher is considered expired and loses its validity.
- Voucher redemption is for one-time use only and requires a prior reservation with the voucher number provided.
- Please contact us by phone or email in advance to confirm availability for your chosen date.
- The voucher number must be presented to the hotel reception upon arrival (during the check-in process).
- Conditions for reservation changes or free cancellation are governed by the general Property Regulations where the reservation was made.
- The voucher has no cash value and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- The voucher can only be used once – it cannot be split across several separate stays.
- The voucher is not person-specific and can be transferred to any third party. It is a bearer document, making it an ideal gift for family, friends, or employees.
