Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung in direkter Nähe zum Königssee. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu unternehmen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr gut und die Küche ist hochwertig ausgestattet.

Super schönes Baumhaus mit allem, was man so braucht. Wir fahren als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (8 und 10Jahre)) und konnten uns auf dem kleinen Raum sehr wohlfuhken und auch mit dem wenigen Platz arrangieren. Wir haben z.T. draußen auf der Terrasse gekocht. Das ging problemlos durch Verlängerungskabel und Induktionsplatte. Auch der Abwasch mit der vorhandenen Schüssel war kein Problem und sehr meditativ.
Wir hatten alle zusammen eine schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Ort.

Tolles Baumhaus in bester Lage: zentral, aber doch ruhig. Auch mit 4 Personen gut zu bewohnen - jeder findet einen schönen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Nur das Schlafsofa ist etwas unbequem.

The house is situated at the edge of the woods where a hike trail passes. Great views to the national park mountains. The house is well furnished and comfortable

This was a really convenient location to many neighourhoods and regional areas to visit. It's great for going to the lake, bike rides and hikes in the forests and mountains, and not too far for a day trip to places like Salzberg or Leogang/Saalfelden. Berchtesgaden National Park is beyond beautiful!

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Everything clean, felt brand new, the bed smelled fresh for days. Photos are incredibly accurate as well as the description (the owners didn’t lie when they said that u could hear the birds sing). It felt like living in an actual forest even though you had a supermarket just minutes away. A perfect starting point for all the hikes in the area. We managed to fit in, even as a four-member group. The owners thought of everything- on top of getting the classics like 2 towels per each and a hairdryer, there’s also birkenstock sandals for all, a huge blanket for cold days, a gigantic marshall speaker and loads of other things. The only problem that we had was that there’s only one sink in the whole house (at the bathroom) - only a small price to pay for what otherwise felt like a dream. I would love to come back the first chance I get, absolutely worth every penny!

Traumhafte Aussicht in ruhiger Lage. Wohnung sehr geschmackvoll sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Achtung Radfahrer - steiler Anstieg vom Königssee ca 2 km.

It was an awesome experience to spend the weekend in the treehouse surrounded by the nature. Karpatcz is really cool place full of things to do. Definitely recommend:)

Super Unterkunft! Sie war sauber, cozy und perfekt zum runterkommen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr minimalistisch aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Trotz das es recht nah einer Straße ist, ist es super ruhig und man hat das feeling im Wald zu sein.

Super einfacher & flexibler CheckIn.
Haben die Unterkunft mit Kind eine Woche genutzt, war ideal für uns als kleine Familie.
Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. Sie liegt sehr zentral und alle beliebten Ausflugsziele sind schnell zu erreichen.

Es war alles super. Das Baumhaus wirklich schön und die Aussicht der Hammer. Leider war es nicht so ruhig, wie wir erwartet haben, da die Straße in der Nähe sehr stark befahren wurde, als wir da waren. Das hat das Naturfeeling natürlich etwas gemindert. Das ist aber auch schon der einzige Kritikpunkt. Ansonsten war alles super.

It's really good place to stay. Somewhat difficult to see from the road (both great for privacy and a bit harder to find, so stay on lookout when arriving!)
There are nitpicks you can find, there always are, but the experience overwhelms any inconveniences.
We enjoyed ourselves, and would gladly come again.
