This was probably the best villa I have ever stayed in and I will definitely visit again! The location, the evening sunsets from the pool were just amazing! The villa is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you would need. Only a 15 min drive from coral bay, the local buses are frequent and very reasonable! Aga, was amazing and very responsive to the couple of queries I had. I would highly recommend!

We had the most amazing time at Agnieszka’s place over the 9 days we stayed here, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, with any questions we had and for recommendations. The apartment was as described, was very homely and the location was amazing. A private and peaceful area, but so close to everything we needed - beaches, restaurants and bars! The pool was nice and quiet and very clean, easy to access also. We were very appreciative of the amenities left by our host - washing tablets/detergent, shower essentials and the beers/prosecco/juice waiting for us in the fridge. We could not recommend this apartment highly enough, as well as Agnieszka - we are already hoping to come back next year!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Die Gastgeberin war immer sehr gut erreichbar und äußerst freundlich. Der Self-Check-in war super bequem und einfach. Apartment war sehr sauber. Das WC hatte leider ein Leck, was ständig das Badezimmer genässt hat. Leider keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Ansonsten war alles super. Die Lage ist auf einem Berg 10-15 min Fußweg zum Strand und zum nächst größten Supermarkt. Ich würde jedoch immer ein Mietwagen empfehlen, sonst verbringt man viel Zeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

הייתה לנו שהות פשוט מושלמת! הווילה מהממת, מרווחת, נקייה ומאובזרת ברמה גבוהה, ולא היה חסר לנו דבר. נהנינו מאוד והרגשנו ממש בבית. מעבר לווילה עצמה, המארחת הייתה פשוט יוצאת מן הכלל – זמינה, אדיבה ואכפתית לאורך כל השהות. ביום העזיבה גילינו ששכחנו דרכון בווילה, והיא עשתה מעל ומעבר כדי לעזור לנו, פעלה במהירות ובאכפתיות אמיתית ועזרה לנו ברגע מאוד מלחיץ. זה ממש לא מובן מאליו ואנחנו אסירי תודה על כך. ממליצים מכל הלב ונשמח מאוד לחזור שוב!

Initial contact with Agnieszka confirmed this was the place to spend a quiet week in the sun. We arrived at 01:00 and the check-in details were perfect. Opening the door to an immaculate villa with a welcome pack of wine and Keo was a great surprise after annoying flight delays. Luckily, Agnieszka lives next door and if any issues were encountered (we didn't have any), she would've been able to sort them immediately. All areas of the villa including the pool were clean, in good order and perfect for all for 4 of us. We will definitely be returning for 2027! Dziękuję bardzo.

Absolute 10/10. Wir waren schon in vielen sehr guten AirBnBs und keines davon, hatte eine so vielfältige und makellose Ausstattung wie dieses hier. Zu den Grundlegenden Dingen, wie Herd, Ofen, Wasserkocher etc. gab es auch noch Thermomix & Airfryer. Die Geräte waren alle modern und neuwertig. Zwei Fernseher, beides Smart TVs, Möbel so gut wie neu. Sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Es hat einem an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon war sehr gemütlich mit einem schönen Ausblick, der Pool - Bereich groß genug und sehr gut zum sonnen. Was sehr herausgestochen ist, ist die Herzlichkeit unseres Hosts Angnieszka. Selten einen so herzlichen und aufmerksamen Menschen getroffen. Sie hat immer sichergestellt, dass es uns an nichts fehlt, war sehr gut erreichbar und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten vor Ort, wenn wir sie um etwas gebeten haben. Ich kann das AirBnb wirklich mit sehr gutem Gewissen jedem weiterempfehlen, denn es hat eine große Rolle in dem schönen Verlauf unseres Urlaubes gespielt.

Plage accessible à 15 min à pied. Liddl à proximité donc très pratique (en face de la plage). Pour visiter les alentours c’est quand même préférable d’avoir une voiture ou d’utiliser les transports en commun sinon le tour est vite fait. Logement propre et fonctionnel. Résidence sécurisée. Hôte très réactif, communication claire et précise. La piscine de la résidence est un plus. La climatisation est un réel confort (dans la pièce principale et une autre dans la chambre). Les attentions dans le frigo sont un vrai plus. Encore merci.

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir séjourné chez Agnieszka. Le logement est conforme à la description : confortable, moderne et charmant. Tout était impeccable (propreté, decoration, linges de lit…). Nous nous y sentions comme chez nous. La résidence est très calme et la vue sur la mer est simplement géniale. La piscine est top. Agnieszka est une hôte accueillante et proactive et vous répondra, avec plaisir, à vos interrogations. Nous recommandons et séjournerons de nouveau dans ce logement si nous revenons à Chypre.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen. Die Gastgeberin war eine liebe, freundliche und unkomplizierte Person. Wir haben schöne Zeit gehabt und sind mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft in Paphos! ? Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und wirklich hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und fast wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles war genauso schön wie auf den Bildern – wenn nicht sogar noch schöner. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und ich werde das Haus definitiv vermissen. ❤️ Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. La propriétaire a été très disponible, réactive et à l’écoute de nos demandes, tout en répondant rapidement à toutes nos questions. La maison était très propre, joliment aménagée et parfaitement entretenue. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, elle aussi très propre et quasiment privative, ce qui a été un vrai plus pour profiter pleinement du séjour. L’endroit est très calme tout en étant idéalement situé, avec plusieurs magasins facilement accessibles à proximité. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et serions ravis d’y séjourner à nouveau !

Agnieszka’s place was perfect for us as a family of 4 on our first visit to Cyprus. The house was in a great location, within walking distance of the harbour and lots of restaurants and cafes. There was also a supermarket nearby. Agnieszka’s home was spotless as well as very comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor seating area - shaded and private. Agnieszka was the perfect host, answering any questions straight away. Thank you so much - we had a great holiday!

We had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this villa to anyone. The property was exactly as described - spotless, modern, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was a real highlight and was always clean, making it perfect for cooling off throughout the day. The outdoor space was great for relaxing and dining, and the villa itself was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was peaceful while still being within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out completely hassle-free. We had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you for a great holiday!

Agnieszka супер приятная и очень отзывчивая хозяйка. Мы начали общаться с ней заранее до поездки и она всегда отвечала быстро и информативно. Жилье полностью соответствует описанию и фото. В доме есть все необходимое для жизни и приготовления еды. Гриль - огромный плюс. Рядом с домом бесплатная парковка, а в трех минутах езды на машине прекрасный супермаркет с местными продуктами. Я с удовольствием могу порекомендовать Agnieszka как человека, который идет навстречу своим гостям и, иногда, даже делает больше, чем ожидаешь. (Спасибо, что проводили нас до аэропорта)

Vous voyez les photos ? C'est encore mieux ! Tout a été parfait : la communication avec Agnieszka, les équipements mises à disposition, la propreté et la vue bien sûr. Nous recommandons ce logement évidemment. Pour information et si vous vous posez la question nous n'avions pas de voitures et avons tout fait en bus. Ca se fait très bien, il y a un arrêt de bus à quelques centaines de mètres qui dessert facilement Tombs of the Kings Station. Et de plus, des restaurants (traditionnels, pizzeria...) et supérettes sont à proximité.

This is the perfect apartment for a couple! The pool was lovely and peaceful. The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean and the A/C is great! Aga is a clear and responsive host who was happy to help with all our questions on the trip, I would definitely return!

Beautiful clean, modern apartment. Excellent location, walkable to shopping centre, harbour, old town and bus station. Pool area was spotless and quiet. Communication between the host was great, always got a quick response. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!
