Brakuje kilku drobnych szczegółów takich jak (zmiotka , sól, pieprz, szafki są ale brak w nich półek )

We stayed for one week. I was shocked that all week nobody will clean our apartment. So after 3 days were apartment full of dust and pollens. Disgusting. Never ever happened to me that during such long stay nobody even care about toilet paper, there totally missing vanity set…
Breakfast were ok. Maybe will be good if reception comes also with suggestions of buffet breakfast.
Location was nice, everything super close.
Service was absolutely terrible. I called many times receptionist, nobody pick up phone. They spend most of the time at the balcony chatting. Nobody gives any options for trips or taxi etc. The same was at spa area. I asked also to meet duty manager to discuss about all faults happened there, but there wasn’t presented duty manager for more than 2 days. I’m extremely disappointed about this hotel and service.
