We had a great time in Berchtesgaden Königssee area thanks to this great apartment. Located in Schwöb it is just as easy to reach one or the other, and we didn’t have a car. Helena’s guides came in handy as we prepared our outings which took us out for entire days. I could see myself coming back here. I only have good words or memories. Thanks a lot!

We stayed at Helena’s treehouse for two nights and I must say, that it wasn’t enough.? We really enjoyed our stay there. It is peacefull and quiet, yet still in the civilisation. It was great to wake up surrounded by trees and nature, but still in the walking distance of restaurants and other interesting places in Karpacz. The location is genius if you are planning the hike to Sněžka, because you can literally start the hike from your living room. If we are in Karpacz again, we are definately comming back. Thank you Helena for warm welcome! ?

Гарне місце для спокійного і тихого відпочинку. Це чудова можливість, побути наодинці з природою і відпочити від міської суєти. Красива природа навколо. Дуже приємно було прокидатися і бачити всю красу лісу за вікном.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und modern ausgestattet - man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist traumhaft: ruhig gelegen mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge und direktem Zugang zu Wanderwegen direkt vor der Tür. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern verlief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Kleine Auffälligkeiten wurden umgehend und unkompliziert behoben. Insgesamt war alles top - wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Amazing place to stay, especially when you looking for something different. Quiet and beautiful surroundings. Keep in mind there is no WiFi at the property, which could be problematic for some and the staircase could be a challenge when going to the toilet at night. Waking up, looking at the trees is a definite treat. Thank you for this marvellous opportunity to stay.

Yksityinen majoitus kauniilla asuinalueella, mistä oli lyhyt matka Königsseelle sekä Jennerbahnille. Autolla pystyi liikkumaan kätevästi paikasta toiseen, mutta myös bussi kulki läheltä.

if you're after a peaceful location with a lovely apartment with everything you need then this place is great. there's not much around, about a 20min walk to the nearest bar/restaurant, but2 mins in the car to Königssee and only 5or6 mins to Bertchesgarten. there's no air conditioning and when we were there temperature was in the 30s so the apartment was very warm. that said we had a lovely stay. no washing machine and no freezer, but everything else wad kitted out fine.

It was fantastic to stay in this beautiful apartment in Schoenau/Schwoeb. The location is great, the walk to Koenigssee is ~30min, there is a nice Biergarten close by and we hiked up up to the Jenner directly from the house. The apartment has a very nice spacious living room and it's got everything one might need. Highly recommend staying here for a visit to Koenigssee!

Ein erholsamer Wanderurlaub in einer besondereren und schönen Unterkunft. - Umgebung - Ausblick - Art der Unterkunft - Sauberkeit - RuheAm vorletzten Tag haben wir im Schrank um Schlafzimmer den tropfenden Wasserboiler entdeckt. Darunter eine Schale, die das Wasser auffängt - also muss den Eigentümern der Defekt bekannt gewesen sein. Daher konnten wir uns den schwachen Wasserdruck bei der Dusche erklären.

Das Baumhaus ist wirklich eine einzigartige Unterkunft und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Am Morgen mit Vogelgezwitscher und dem Sonnenschein, der zwischen den uns umringenden Bäumen hindurchbricht, aufzuwachen, war wie Camping im Wald, nur mit bedeutend mehr Komfort. Durch das vollausgestattete Bad hat es auch an nichts gefehlt und wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Das Örtchen Karpacz lädt außerdem zu wirklich schönen Spaziergängen ein und ist fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar. Auch bietet die gesamte Umgebung im Sommer wunderschöne Wanderwege und Natur. Wir haben die Unterkunft bereits jetzt an Freunde und Familie weiterempfohlen.

Helena was a terrific host. The apartment had everything we needed. There were lots of extra touches that made it feel like home. The location cant be beat. Close to restaurants and lots of local activities. We really enjoyed our stay.
