Die Unterkunft liegt in einem modernen Neubau. Das Apartment ist super modern ausgestattet mit Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Herd und Waschmaschine. Das gesamte Apartment ist in einem makellosen Zustand. Die Dachterrasse ist super schön und nur wenig besucht. Der Parkplatz im hauseigenen Parkhaus ist sicher und gut zu erreichen. Das das Apartment unmittelbar in der Nähe der Innenstadt ist, führt nur wenige Meter entfernt eine Hauptstraße entlang, die es bei Nacht schwer werden lässt, bei offenen Fenstern zu schlafen, da es sehr laut ist. Sobald die Fenster geschlossen sind, hört man davon aber so gut wie nichts mehr. Der schlüssellose Eintritt in das Haus und Apartment ist sehr praktisch. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder hier übernachten.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Schränke haben sogar innen Beleuchtung. Es gibt 2x Klimaanlagen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite findet man ein Einkaufszentrum. Eine Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Ein Kiosk & Friseur sind auch im Erdgeschoss.

Enjoyable stay all together.
Great location - walkable distance to the train station and to Spodek Arena.
The apartment itself was fresh, tidy and tasteful.
Teas and coffee/ coffee capsules at the guest disposal - nice touch.
The host accommodated modified check out based on personal circumstances - much appreciated.
The one thing I struggled with was finding the entrance door, as it's located somewhere on the side of both buildings.

We stayed at this AirBnB for the past weekend and I have to say I'm very impressed with the condition of the flat. It is modern, clean and looks exactly like the photos. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for good places for good value.

Надзвичайно красива квартира. З новим сучасним ремонтом та всім необхідним для проживання. Ідеально чиста. Знаходиться на 5 поверсі. Має класний балкон з виходом на нього з кожної кімнати, що дуже зручно.
З невеличких нюансів: фен для волосся дуже маленький, дорожній. Треба це враховувати при закладанні часу на сушку голови:)
Штори в кімнатах тоненькі і пропускають світло ліхтарів вночі та сонце вранці, також у вітальні вночі яскраво світяться різні датчики та електронні годинники, тож варто мати маску для сну.
Помешкання ідеальне для дорослих, але з дітьми трохи складно, бо умивальник та ліжка дуже високі. 6-річна дитина не зможе сама помити руки, бо не може дотягнутися до умивальника. Ми, мабуть, вперше зіштовхнулися з аж такою висотою:)
