Mieszkanie w pełni spełniło moje oczekiwania i było dokładnie takie, jak opisano w ogłoszeniu. Wszystko zgadzało się zarówno pod względem wyposażenia, jak i standardu wykończenia. Lokal jest nowy, bardzo zadbany i przede wszystkim czysty, co znacząco wpływa na komfort pobytu.
Dużym atutem jest również świetna lokalizacja, ponieważ mieszkanie znajduje się w centrum miasta, a jednocześnie bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego, co jest ogromnym udogodnieniem, zwłaszcza dla osób które planują przyjechać pociągiem.
Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce, zwłaszcza na krótki wypad dla par.

It was an amazing stay. The apartments are located in the city center, close to all necessary infrastructure, in a modern residential complex with an amazing city view. You can find everything you need for a comfortable stay.
If you are visiting the city for business purposes, I highly recommend taking a few extra days to explore this incredible city.
Definitely will visit again.

Swietne miejsce na pobyt w Katowicach praktycznie w centrum miasta. Pani Miranda zawsze odpowiadala na wiadomości i sluzyla pomoca. Mieszkanie bardzo ladne, nowoczesne, czyste, wyposazone w wszystkie niezbedne przybory. W calym mieszkaniu piekny zapach, posciel rowniez przyjemnie pachniala. Dobrze wygluszone mieszkanie. Ogolnie oceniam pobyt na +5 ??

Pobyt w tym miejscu zaliczam do naprawdę udanych. Wszystko było zgodnie z opisem, czysto i zadbanie. Samo zameldowanie proste a wszystkie instrukcje jasne. Bardzo dobra była również komunikacja z gospodarzami (nawet w niedzielę o 8 rano odpisali w ciągu 5 minut).

It's a great place, I wholeheartedly recommend it. Everything is clean and in working order, with some cozy touches. If you're visiting the nearby office or just want to walk around the city center, you won't be disappointed - everything is very close by!

I need to be careful how positive I am in case people think this review is fake.
The apartment is the best AirBnB we have ever stayed in. Easily.
It looks even better than the pictures and the view is absolutely spectacular, at day or night.
The whole place was immaculate with high end fittings and appliances. The shower was hot and powerful, and the openable "doors" in the windows let in a lovely breeze but not too much. The building itself is very swanky, brand new!
The bed is memory foam so not my preference, but still slept OK.
I would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Určite odporúčam toto ubytovanie v Katowiciach. Čisté ubytovanie,všetko nové,voňavé a čisté. Parkovanie v podzemnej garáži čiže aj auto bolo v bezpečí. Vynikajúca lokalita,všetko v pešej vzdialenosti.

Brand new high rise building in the centre of Katowice, yet very quiet for a good night sleep. High floor with a corner surround terrace with amazing views. The building and the apartment are both brand new. The management is professional, responded timely for any of our requests. We were surprised to find smallest details in this apartment such as tea and coffee, salt, pepper, and even milk creamers for coffee, well stocked and felt at home. Highly recommended this property to anyone, we will stay again in the future.

Prostředí ubytování bylo velmi příjemné a útulné. Pokoje byly čisté, dobře vybavené a působily klidným dojmem, takže se zde člověk mohl opravdu pohodlně uvolnit. Velmi se mi líbila také celková atmosféra místa – vše bylo upravené, vkusně zařízené a působilo harmonicky. Okolí bylo tiché a ideální pro odpočinek. Celkově hodnotím prostředí ubytování velmi pozitivně a rád bych se sem v budoucnu znovu vrátil.

A very Modern and clean apartment in the city center. Sunny, with a great view of the city. You can relax on the balcony too. There are all the amenities you would need, including a fully furnished kitchen.

Отличные апартаменты в самом центре Катовице! Внутри свежий современный ремонт, чисто и уютно. В квартире есть абсолютно всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Огромный плюс — наличие парковочного места в подземном гараже, в центре это спасает. Рекомендую!
