Really satisfied. Lovely, modern apartment with absolutely everything one might need. Great modern shower and bathroom, two large TV's (living room and bedroom) with all the streaming services, comfortable furniture and a superb double bed/mattress, big fitted wardrobes with internal lights, all kitchen appliances, cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates, condiments, spices, and many other things. There, thoughtfully, even a rather large and versatile first aid kit, just in case, and even one of those toolbox kits with all sorts of tools, but guests will not need them as everything is in excellent condition.
Apartment is on 21st floor and faces the city centre, with floor to ceiling windows and a narrow section in each room which has a metallic grille and can actually be opened if one enjoys some fresh air. Apartment is fully air conditioned, and not by individual noisy A/C units but probably from central building HVAC, and was already preset to a comfortable climate.

Wir mieten seit vielen Jahren Wohnungen und Häuser für unsere Familienurlaube in ganz Europa. Diese Wohnung war mit Abstand die Beste, die wir dabei bis jetzt gemietet haben. Das Haus dürfte ein 2020er Baujahr sein. Alles ist neu und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hell und wunderbar ausgestattet. Die Küche ist super, das Sofa bequem, die Einrichtung absolut stimmig. Dazu sind großzügig und durchdacht Verbrauchsartikel in der Wohnung (Spülmaschinen-Tabs, Kaffekapseln, Gewürze, etc.) deponiert. Den Mädels haben insbesondere die großzügigen und innen beleuchteten Kleiderschränke gefallen. Im Haus gibt es zudem einen schönen Fitnessraum mit angrenzender Sauna, die an der Rezeption für die Wohnung reserviert werden kann. Der Tiefgaragenstellplatz (eigentlich sind es sogar zwei) rundet den sehr guten Gesamteindruck ab. Die Lage ist zudem verkehrstechnisch günstig und die Innenstadt ist fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Sie ist auch sehr an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmitel angeschlossen, ein großes, sehr modernes Einkaufszentrum liegt direkt gegenüber. Die Fenster im Schlafzimmer sind meiner Meknung nach schallisoliert, außerdem fährt nachts quasi kein Verkehr direkt vorbei. Der Blick auf den grünen Innenhof ist sehr nett. Alles Nötige war vorhanden, sogar Spültabs und welche für die Waschmaschine. Man kann gut abdunkeln, nur die Wohnungstüren haben alle kleine Licht-Schlitze, so dass ins Schlafzimmer Licht fällt, wenn jemand abends noch auf ist oder nachts auf die Toilette geht. Aber das stört in keinster Weise das Gesamtbild. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great place to stay in Katowice, cool view from the balcony to the city.
The center is 5-10 minutes walk away.
Everything is clean and place. The apartment has all the facilities a family or a couple may need.

Highly recommend staying at Miranda's. The place is thought through and contains everything you need, clean and easy to find. We enjoyed it very much and plan to come back next year!

sehr sehr zu Empfehlen. wir waren da um Katowice ein bisschen unsicher zu machen.
hat sich die letzte Jahre sehr entwickelt in positivem Sinne.
Wohnung ist Super. mit super eigenem Stellplatz .aus der Garage ist man mit dem Aufzug im nu in der Wohnung. einzige Manko .hatten Probleme mit Haupteingang. Zugangscode hat nicht so funktioniert wie ??.sind immer durch die Garage ins Haus reingegangen. waren nicht die einzigen die Probleme hatten.
Es kann aber auch sein dass wir uns nur ein bisschen dumm angestellt haben.
Mirandas Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. LG

Bardzo udany pobyt w apartamencie w Katowicach. Nocleg na prawdę w klasie premium. W mieszkaniu dostępne wszystko co potrzebne na kilka dni lub dłużej. Duży plus za wyposażenie kuchni i dostępne akcesoria do sprzątania, w tym cała potrzebna chemia. Jak wrócę na Śląsk chętnie skorzystam z noclegu u Urban Apartments.
