Wszystko super od lokalizacji po udogodnienia, obsługę, czystość itp. Chętnie zatrzymam się jeszcze w tym miejscu.W sumie to drobiazg, ale niewielkim kosztem da się poprawić. Brakowało lampki nocnej, albo jej nie znalazłem. Wybór, albo jasne światło na suficie, albo ciemność.

Fantástica El entornoFaltaba por ejemplo algo para limpiar cocina. Un paño de cocina. Y las paredes son de papel. Se escucha todo de los vecinos, incluso extractor de cocina, ducha.

Erinomainen sijainti nähtävyyksien läheisyydessä. Kahvilat, ravintolat ja useat ruokakaupat lähellä majoituspaikkaa. Erittäin hyvä valinta hiljaisuutta ja rauhaa arvostavalle matkustajalle. Majoituspaikka oli erittäin siisti, kunnossa ei mitään moitittavaa. Hyvä vuode ja mukavat vuodevaatteet. Majoituspaikka vastasi odotuksia, en voi kuin suositella.

excellent stay in the middle of the city, worth recommending it was spacious, clean, well equipped (I was going to sister’s wedding in the city, needed to prepare before ceremony).it was a bit cold in one of the rooms.

Czysto, ciepło (grzejniki z regulacją temperatury), dobre wyposażenie apartamentu (nawet zmywarka!), w klatce schodowej cicha winda, spokojnie mimo bliskości ulicy. Przemiła i dyskretna obsługa. Polecam, teraz tylko tu będę nocować przy okazji pobytu w Poznaniu

Jest nam niezmiernie miło słyszeć, że kolejna osoba poznała i przekonała się do naszych apartamentów. Każda taka opinia jeszcze bardziej motywuje do pracy.

Am Anfang dachte ich, das der Geschäftsführer eine zweite Chance verdient. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt circa ein Monat später sehe ich das Ganz anders. Eine Nacht hatte ich um circa 3 Uhr Besuch im Zimmer. Ein fremder Mann hat die Tür mit einen Schlüssel aufgemacht, obwohl alle Gäste eine Karte bekommen. So etwas darf nicht passieren. Beim anderen Mal hat der Geschäftsführer vergessen meine Karte frei zu schalten und leider stand ich vor verschlossen Tür obwohl ich die Verlängerung Bar bezahlt habe. Ich habe den Geschäftsführer zur Rede gestellt. Ich wollte sein Vorgesetzten sprechen leider ist er auf meine Bitte nicht eingegangen, ich habe keine Telefonnummer und keine Mail Adresse bekommen.
Ich möchte mich an Booking wenden um den Vorgesetzten zu kontaktieren.
Vielen DankDer Umgang mit mir als Gast nicht nur von der Seite der Geschäftsführer als auch seine (wie er meint) Eingestellte war alles andere als angenehm. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt würde ich wörtlich nach zwei Tage rausgeschmissen obwohl ich für drei Tage bezahlt habe. Aus meinem Zimmer würde ein schriftliches Nachweis entfernt( ich habe Bar bezahlt) Am gleichen Tag eine so genannte Faktura bekommen über Auenthalt von zwei Tage die ich angeblich über Boocking gebucht habe. Ich habe diesen Fall bei Polizei gemeldet.
Ich wende mich noch einmal an Boocking mit der Bitte mir zu helfen.
