Amazing Jambiani The place is amazing. The staff are very nice. The food may take a little while but it's worth the wait. The rooms are cozy with nice bathroom and good showers. The pool isn't very big, but it's perfect for the hotel. The beach is very nice, and the water has some of the most beautiful colors on the island.Be very careful when leaving the beach at high tide, as the waves can push against the rocks on the slope and on the ground before the stairs leading to the hotel.

Precious Paradise Location perfect, just outside the busier parts of Jambiani. Breakfast was amazing with fresh products daily. Our special compliments go out to Omari. This guy is precious! A real 'natural-born' host. Sees everything and is very attentive. I have worked in the hospitality (hotel) industry for many years and trust me such staff is very difficult to find!!! Try to keep him!Nothing really but if we may give some advise /tips: ▪︎ It would be nice to have a screen door (to keep out bugs) instead of glass door at the rooms. Or have both, so the guest can decide. Sleeping with a 'sea-breeze' is nicer than putting on the airco. ▪︎ A light strings around the palm trees does not really fit the Natural Garden concept. Keep it natural, it would be nice to see the stars at night. ▪︎ The waterbasins (in front of the rooms and at the swimming pool) for washing off the beach sand were empty and not refilled.

Great tropical getaway Amazing hotel! Vibe, food, staff and definitely looks like on the photos especially when sunny, the water is mesmerizing and the beach front is super accessible and perfect for swimming and tanning. Big variety of food and really nice breakfast options. Hotel room was comfortable and air conditioned, nice getaway from the tropical humidity. Clean bathroom and new clean towels ready every day. No stains, no weird smell. The staff, especially Ibrahim and Voy the receptionist, are really friendly and helpful. The security guard, the cleaning staff and bartenders are also extremely nice and polite. Great cultural display of how nice Zanzibari people are!When you shower the warm water runs out fast, though it was still manageable since it was too hot outside to shower with warm water anyway. Still, the warm water should be available at all times.

Die Mitarbeiter und auch der Hotelmanager waren sehr nett. Sie haben uns bei Ausflügen unterstützt. Jeden Tag wurde gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und es uns gut geht. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es wurde immer frisch zubereitet, dadurch kam es zu kleinen Wartezeiten.Die Zimmer waren sehr klein.

Exceptional stay for my hen holiday. This hotel truly felt like a dream. The view of the sea from both the restaurant and the rooms was absolutely breathtaking — endless turquoise waters. Waking up to that view each morning was pure magic. The hospitality was second to none. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The service was consistently excellent — warm, attentive, and genuine. Whether we were lounging by the beach, enjoying a meal, or simply relaxing in our room, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight in itself — delicious food served with that stunning sea view made every meal special.

Tranquility in paradise @ Natural Garden Boutique Hotel We wanted an intimate atmosphere that made you feel relaxed to the utmost. Your facility did not disappoint. Even though construction was ongoing, it did not cause too much of a bother. Thomas, the manager, was very accommodating. He made sure we were taken care of and addressed any issues that may have arisen immediately. The rooms were cleaned daily and promptly, and we loved the personal touches left on the bed with the towel design and fresh flowers. Samuel and the other wait staff, who worked in the morning, were an absolute pleasure to be served by. They were tested by certain individuals in the group, and yet they kept their composure with a smile and pleasant disposition. The evening wait staff was also very patient with the demands that were put before them. Vaul at the receptionist's desk was wonderful. The entire staff was kind, friendly, and enthusiastic about teaching me and anyone else who wanted to learn Swahili. Also, I would like to acknowledge that all the staff at this hotel have mastered the art of positive customer service, which speaks volumes to Manager Thomas's leadership style. He is the best. Thomas, thanks for taking the time to instruct my son on the proper way to do kite surfing using your kite to do so. It showed me that you paid attention to the little details and our potential interests. Because of your kindness and professionalism, If ever I return to Zanzibar, I will choose the Natural Garden Boutique Hotel. I will also recommend it to a colleague who will visit Zanzibar in June. One drawback that is the norm in Zanzibar is the excessive amount of flies that are present while eating. However, we ate lunch at the Rock restaurant and noticed a wooden device carved into the center of the dining table to catch flies. Having a meal at this restaurant was much more enjoyable due to the fly trap. Maybe consider adding a similar device in the kitchen, at the bar, and dining area.
