Дуже раджу для зупинки по дорозі і не тількі! Чудовий номер! Все просто і чисто, є свій балкон з парою стільців. На першому поверсі комфортна і простора столова з усіма необхідними речами.Зламана пральна машина. Дуже розраховував на неї, але це момент підвів.

Durch Schlüsselboxen haben die Vermieter alles so gereglt, dass man vollkommen unabhängig das Zimmer beziehen und auschecken kann, was uns für den früher Aufbruch gelegen kam. Im Frühstücksraum, ist alles zu finden was man benötigt.

Good for the money, cozy! A good value for the money. The self-check-in was smooth, although I don't understand why there is a time limit for check-in (up to 8 pm). The house is very sweet with a big common kitchen and coffeemaker available. We had a separate apartment on the last floor with 3 bedrooms and a kitchenette and bathroom, and it was clean and pleasant. The balcony was nice for star gazing and listening to the river and mountains. It faces the road but in the evening you won't hear lots of cars driving there. Also, there is a parking spot available right in the yard. The location was perfect for visiting Grossglockner Road in the early morning - around 15-20 minutes of driving. The owners recommended a bakery in the village - it's not an actual bakery but a minimarket with suuuuper tasty and fresh buns & rolls, it opens at 6 am.The owners recommended having dinner at Hotel Post restaurant since they offer a discount for Chalet Charlotte's visitors, but when we came there they were surprised and said there was no agreement between their companies. The small discount was made by the restaurant but just for us not to get disappointed.

Mimo, że zatrzymaliśmy się w hotelu tylko na jedną noc, zdecydowanie polecamy go każdemu! Położony jest w samym sercu małego miasta, tuż obok kilku restauracji, barów, w pobliżu szlaków rowerowych i pieszych. W czwartki, zaledwie kilka kroków dalej, odbywają się koncerty muzyki na żywo, organizowane przez lokalną społeczność. Właściciele są bardzo mili i pomocni - pytając o rekomendacje przygotujcie się na wyczerpujący przegląd atrakcji w całej okolicy. Przyjechaliśmy wcześnie i wychodziliśmy późno, co prawdopodobnie nie czyniło nas idealnymi gośćmi do goszczenia. Nie wpłynęło to jednak na zapał właścicieli i nawet zaoferowali nam spokojne miejsce do pracy.

Mieliśmy przyjemność spędzić kilka dni w tym hotelu i musimy powiedzieć, że obsługa była absolutnie wyjątkowa. Personel był zawsze uśmiechnięty, gotowy do pomocy i profesjonalny. Lokalizacja hotelu jest dla nas idealna – znajduje się blisko głównych atrakcji turystycznych. Dodatkowo, w sąsiedztwie hotelu znajdują się świetne restauracje, co sprawia, że pobyt staje się jeszcze bardziej komfortowy. Bylismy z psem ktory tez doskonale się czuł. Hotel jest zdecydowanie godny polecenia!
