Short stay The hotel is well located and with good quality. Ha e stayed many times, always no issues, even when arriving late at night.Walls are thin, you may hear other people in the corridor.

Séjour très agréable, nous y retournerons avec plaisir si l’occasion se représente. Bon emplacement, jolie déco à l’extérieur comme à l’intérieur, possibilité d’avoir un parking sécurisé, personnel très aimable, bon rapport qualité/prix, confort des chambres, très bon petit déjeuner copieux et varie, très bon restaurant également.Mauvaise pression d’eau chaude dans la douche, impossibilité de profiter du spa qui s’est avéré être réservé pour une soirée privé et donc inaccessible pour les clients de l’hôtel.

Very good stay-over on our Baltic trip Spacy room. Carpet in the room. Working table. Nice bathroom. Warm personell and excellent restaurant! Large parking place.A little softer bed matraces (we prefer extra hard).

Źle wrażenie pierwszego dnia z powodu kelnerki z restauracji z muchami w nosie Personel na recepcji bardzo miły i pomocny. Kelnerki na śniadaniu bardzo miłe.Kelnerka po południu w dniu 1.08.2025 r. w restauracji niemiła, nieprofesjonalne podejście do klienta, braki w menu obiadowym. Obiad przeciętny, lepiej zjeść obiad poza hotelem chociaż na śniadaniu był duży wybór i wszystko świeże.

Готель сподобався. Привітний персонал. Затишна кімната. Смачний сніданок. Якщо будемо відвідувати ще Сувалки зупинимося в цьому готелі.Недоліків не виявили.
