Apartment was fantastic and exactly as described. Very clean throughout. A 10 minute walk and you are right in the middle of the Old Town. All main attractions are walkable. Convenience store located at the end of the street. Host was there to greet us upon arrival.

Great apartment, secure and located within walking distance to everything. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the Cafe in the rear courtyard is a great place to start your day with breakfast and great coffee.

Perfect location, literally 5 minutes walk to the old town. Super clean spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Loved the bathroom with heated floor! Not to miss the coffee and breakfast at the ground floor cafe.Not appropriately soundproofed. We could hear all sounds from the street (including tram passing just outside)

Perfecto todo. Absolutamente todo. Ubicación, instalaciones, personal y comodidades. Volveríamos sin duda.Nada. Lo único que podríamos decir es que la alcachofa de la ducha se caía porque pesaba mucho, pero nada mas.

What a great find! Very clean, modern apartment. The whole building is lovely and the cafe at the back is an added bonus. 5/6 minute walk to main square in Old Town, supermarket on the corner. Nela checked us in and gave so much advice. Communication was always quick and very accommodating. We loved it and would highly recommend a stay here.

Lovely stay at relaks apartments! Perfect location within walking distance to main square! Would definitely recommend staying here. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming, and quick with their responses.

Amazing stay, friendly and great apartment Modern and spacious, had everything we needed. Above a lovely coffee shop and tram stop right outside. 5 minutes walk to the old town and 5 minutes to the main train stationTram could be noisy but didn’t bother us

Comodidad y tranquilidad al centro turistico de cracovia La ubicación, la comodidad del apartamento, limpieza, es un edificio de apartamentos super comodos, la habitación es tal cual la q contratas.
al llegar a Cacovia, via watsat me contacto Nela, ella me pregunto si necesitaba transporte o a que hora teniamos previsto llegar, como ya estaba de camino con" taxi bolt", le indique la hora de llegada y estaba esperandonos en la puerta, todo un detallazo, no hablamos ingles pero con el traductor nos explico todo.
Gracias Nela por ayudarnos con la acomodación al apartamento.
Como tienes su tlf o de su compañera, via watsat tiene comunicación en caso necesario y poder traducir conversaciones si no hablas ingles.no encontre nada mal

Fantastic apartment in Krakow Both the hosts (Nela and Paulina) were exceptional. So friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The apartment is fantastic. Modern with a 50's vibe. Nice kitchen with all you need. Comfy bed opposite the window. Loved it. Also, a 5 minute walk from old town, and the same to the train station.Although there are only a few flights of stairs, after a day walking around the town, a lift would have been welcome!

Fantastyczne miejsce położone blisko Starego Miasta. Świetny klimat! Apartament położony w starej odrestaurowanej kamienicy. Bardzo podobało mi się, jak starannie i gustownie zostało urządzone mieszkanie. Świetne klimatyczne miejsce. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Przepyszne śniadania w pobliskiej kawiarni. Przemiła obsługa obiektu. Serdecznie polecam!
