Superb…..exceeded our expectations Relaks apartments were amazing, in a very good location only 7 minutes from the old town. Adelina and Nela who managed the accommodation were incredibly helpful and friendly…..delightful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The cafe , in the same building on the ground floor was superb for breakfast….all home-made and great coffee. We had an amazing few days and would definitely hope to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to everyone.Nothing

The unit was close to the old town and comfortable. The host was friendly, check-in was easy and the unit was as described. I’d recommend a stay here.

Fantastic comfortable modern apartment close to the old town! Close to the old square, quiet in the evenings , well equipped comfortable bed ,very clean . Everything you need for a great stay. Breakfast was in the little cafe under the apartment in the courtyard , it was a great place and a very filling breakfast with lovely staff . Opens at 9 and Closed at 5 so no noise to worry about.Nothing great apartment, if I was picky more teabags and decaf coffee, as we love our cups of tea.

Relaks Apartments were absolutely fantastic. They were spotlessly clean and spacious and had lovely fresh flowers throughout. Situated on a quiet street at night, approx 7 minutes walk to Old Town Square, with a lovely coffee shop in courtyard. Adelina and Nela, the hosts, were so helpful and friendly, they couldn't do enough for us from booking taxis to and from the airport, booking Auschwitz and recommending/booking gluten free restaurants as I am coeliac. I would have no hesitation in recommending Relaks to anyone travelling to Krakow, and when we return, we will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Adelina and Nela for everything!

Amazing apartment and would stay many times again The apartment is very nice and looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean and the staff Nela couldn’t have been more helpful. She was great.Nothing to dislike

Amazing stay for a few days The apartment was clean and the same as per the photos in Booking.com. Amazing location, less than 10 minutes walking to main square. Staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast in the coffe place downstairs was amazing!Nothing

Schön eingerichtetes, zentral und doch ruhig gelegenes Appartement. Tolles Cafe im EG, sehr praktisch zum Frühstücken. Wenige Min. Fußweg in die Altstadt (Stare Miasto mit dem Marktplatz Rynek). Straßenbahn, Busse und viele Geschäfte und Lokale vor der Haustür. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation, flexible Anreisezeit.
