Great short stay in Krakow The apartment was modern, bright and very clean. Well stocked for a short stay and the staff were extremely welcoming, attentive and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful in the delightful cafe area. Location was good for main attractions.Only a comment to suggest that a mirror in the bedroom would be useful.

Un posto dove ritornare Abbiamo alloggiato nell'appartamento Executive che corrispondeva esattamente alle foto presenti sul sito, fiori inclusi (molto graditi). Ci ha accolti una delle due host Nela, gentilissima, che ci ha accompagnato nell'appartamento l'ha illustrato e ci ha anche dato indicazioni su dove poter fare la spesa e come muoverci in città. L'appartamento era veramente pulito, letti e doccia comodi. La posizione è ottima in due minuti si raggiungono due piccoli supermercati dove si trova tutto e sono praticamente sempre aperti, oltre al mercato dove acquistare prodotti freschi. Praticamente a piedi si possono raggiungere tutti i principali siti turistici, la Piazza del mercato dei Tessuti si trova a 5 minuti, altrimenti sotto l'appartamento partono i tram che in pochi minuti trasportano al capo opposto del centro città. Per un soggiorno di cinque notti è previsto il cambio salviette. L'ultimo giorno, l'altra Host Adelina ci ha prenotato un taxi per l'aeroporto accompagnandoci fino alla macchina, ci siamo proprio sentiti coccolati.Purtroppo l'insonorizzazione dell'appartamento per le pareti interne non è ottimale, è capitato che un altro ospite ci abbia disturbato di notte. Avvertita Nela della cosa, il giorno dopo ha identificato il responsabile e la cosa si è risolta.

Gorgeous apartment Lovely apartment. Spotlessly clean. Great location. Fresh flowers throughout were a lovely touch. Enjoy excellent breakfast and coffee in the terrace cafe on the groundfloor.Nothing at all!

We stayed at Relaks apartments last year, would recommend to anyone visiting Krakow. Excellent location, tastefully decorated. Friendly helpful staff.

Other than that an excellent stay and would highly recommend Centrally located but quiet Well furnished and equipped apartments Very comfortable beds Cafe/bistro in the courtyard which is handy and very popularDrawstring blinds for the windows which are flimsy and snap when you pull the cord Need something a bit more robust for the job

Die Lage, der nette Innenhof mit Café

Fremragende feriested. Alt var som det skulle være. Vi havde et fantastisk ophold.

Wundevoller Ort für einen Krakau-Urlaub Geschmackvoll und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett. Sehr schönes Bad, sauber. Tolle Lage um zu Fuß die Stadt zu erkunden. Frühstück im angrenzenden Lokal mit interessanten Gerichten. Tolle, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Frühstück regulär erst ab 9. Allerdings besteht die Möglichkeit ein sehr gutes Frühstück-to-go vorbereiten zu lassen. Wurde unsere sehr frühe Abreise am Abreisetag sogar in unserem Kühlschrank deponiert. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Apartment. Ja, straßenseitig ist es Abends etwas laut, aber in der Nacht wird es ruhiger und wir konnten sehr gut durchschlafen.

Erinomainen sijainti vanhan kaupungin läheisyydessä, kolmannen kerroksen huoneisto oli yllättävän hiljainen. Paluulentoni oli illalla, joten majoittaja järjesti myöhäisemmän uloskirjautumisen, ja lisäksi matkatavarat sai jätettyä tämänkin jälkeen vielä muutamaksi tunniksi säilytykseen. Lähistöllä runsaasti ravintoloita joita suosittelenkin, sisäpihan hipster-kahvila oli ihan laadukas, mutta palvelu vähän outoa.

Beautiful apartment & first class host Our studio apartment was beautiful and so clean and bright. Aircon was great as Krakow had a heatwave in the 30s when we visited at the end of June. Adeline was the perfect host and really looked after us - she gave us some great recommendations on where to go and things to see. We will definitely be back in the future!Not a single negative thing about our whole experience. 10/10

Clean and nice apartment. Friendly and service-minded staff. Spacious and clean apartment. A fantastic stay in a nice and relatively quiet part of the city just outside the old town. Perfect for a couple. Very good service. She was available at all times for questions. The cafe was nice as well!Nothing to complain about.
