Todo perfecto La habitación es amplia y bonita, y la cama es realmente cómoda.
Pero realmente lo destacable es la persona que dirige el alojamiento, Adelina, que es súper amable y atenta.
Muy buena comunicación y atención, rápida respuesta ya sea para facilitar información de la ciudad, horarios de trenes o para cualqueir cosa relacionada con el alojamiento. Además, habla perfectamente en español,
Destacar también que no hay problema para llegadas fuera de horario ya que es posible el acceso con código de forma muy rápida y sencilla.

Krakow visit. Apartments and facilities excellent. Adelina was extremely helpful with any issues or advice on places to visit, she went over and beyond for us. 5 minute walk into the Old Town.Nothing.

Todo fantástico, un detalle muy bonito las flores naturales, las aguas y los chocolates. El apartamento es muy espacioso y está muy bien situado. Las anfitrionas son muy amables, nos guardaron las maletas tanto en la llegada como en la salida.Nada, todo muy bien

The apartment was spacious and in a very close location for sightseeing and grocery shopping. Adelina and Maja were also really friendly and helpful. Good Australian style coffee downstairs in the cafe and the possibility of having breakfast and lunch there if you want. Facilities were excellent - quiet apartment and heating or cooling if you needed it. Would happily stay here again.We liked everything. We had 2 big suitcases and fortunately we got help from Maja, to carry them upstairs. It was not really a problem if we had to do it ourselves as it is only one flight of stairs for us.

The apartment was very comfortable, lovely bedlinen, great location.
Adelina and Maya responded to any messages really quickly and were incredibly welcoming and really helpful

We were warmly greeted by Adelina after a late arrival due to a delayed flight. Nothing was too much trouble. Adelina was helpful with directions and recommendations. The apartment was spotless and beautiful and very quiet considering the very close location to the city centre. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely go back.

This is a great apartment. Very quiet & yet five minutes from the old town. The facilities were as described & everything was clean & tidy. The apartment design & furnishings are very tasteful & you feel at home immediately on arriving.
Adelina was very friendly & helpful, sorting out transfers to 7 from the airport, recommendations for restaurants and other local advice.
We would all definitely use Relak's apartment again if we returned to Krakow & definitely recommend to others as a great base for visiting the city.
