Beautiful Apartments on the Edge of the Old Town with great hosts! Maja met us at the property and as we were arriving mid morning arranged for an early checking. Location is great, on the edge of the old town and quiet. The apartments were beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need, dishwasher, washing machine, tea and coffee making, fluffy towels, ironing board, too much to mention here. I literally could not fault anything. There were some lovely touches, bowls of lilies in the halls, flowers in the apartments, the standard was very high. There is a lovely little cafe in a courtyard below the apartments which served tasty good quality food. The cherry on the cake was that both Maja and Adelina were the loveliest people and couldn't do enough for us. They were super efficient and responsive and noticed that I had not booked enough seats through them for the taxis back to the airport so we rectified with their help in plenty of time. Stay here, you will not regret it.Absolutely nothing!

Great City break well worth the visit, apartment beyond expectations Modern spacious rooms with nice relaxing area and kitchen facilities. Good location a short walk from the city centre and facilities.Nothing to report here

Rico y amplio departamento. La persona que nos entregó el departamento muy amable y durante toda la estadía muy atenta a cómo estabamos. El departamento era cómodo y espacioso. La cocina bien equipada para nosotros poder cocinar, aunque eché de menos quizás un tostador de pan, pero finalmente calentabamos el pan en el sarten. La ubicación muy cómoda para ir al centro amurallado de la ciudad, pero lejos si quieres ir al barrio judio a pie. No usamos transporte público, pq en general igual todo era muy caminable, pero había una parada de buses y transvia muy cerca.
Me gustó que el baño tenía el piso caliente, muy rico de pisar cuando estás saliendo de la ducha... aunque igual hacía que si estabas mucho rato ahí te daba calor.Lo único que no me gustaron fueron las almohadas, las que encontramos muy duras. Ah y para nosotros no era problema, pero el edificio no tenía ascensor y tuvimos que subir al 3er piso (que era el más alto).

fabulous stay in krakow. we loved the apartment and the staff (Maya) was very helpful, friendly and contacted us regular lovely building, beautiful spacious apartment. location was fantastic for krakow old town.

Great apartment, with a lovely cafe down stairs where you can get breakfast. Location is just on the edge of the old town and just a couple of minutes from various tram stops, so it's easy to navigate around Krakow from here.
Maja was a star and helped us during our stay, organising breakfast and our airport transfers

Дуже вдячні хозяєвам за чудову квартиру, яка зустріла нас квітами, затишним спокоєм та усіякими зручностями: від машинки для миття посуду з запасом таблеток до крему для тіла. Дуже тихо, 5 хвилин повільної ходи до Старого міста і 10 до вокзалу. Зручні ліжка, є весь потрібний посуд, поряд багато магазинів з продуктами. Аделіна і Мая були готові допомагати порадами, викликом таксі.. Це житло набагато зручніше, ніж готель, а його вдале розташування вас приємно вразить. В комплексі є і менші апартаменти, так що кожен знайде для себе. Поряд продуктовий ринок- 3 хвилини, що теж дуже зручно. Гарного відпочинку і вражень всім, хто дослухається до нашої та інших порад, а Маї та Аделіні 100 % заселення, розвитку бізнесу та всього найкращого. Хай і вам Бог допомагає

We have had a lovely stay at Relaks, the apartment was clean, comfortable and very central to the old town, which enabled us to walk easily to local restaurants and places of interest. Upon making the initial booking, Adelina and Maja have been very supportive from arranging our airport transfers to trips outside of Krakow. Upon arrival we were greeted by Adelina, who spent time with us to go through the map of the city. She also checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. There is an also cafe in the courtyard, where you can access breakfast, coffee and homemade cakes. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.
