Great stay in a fabulous apartment Loved this apartment! So spacious, spotlessly clean and in a great location. It also had a very comfortable bed which we slept soundly in, so a definite bonus! We had great communication from the Relaks ladies Adelina and Maja who were there to greet us, checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and were there to see us off when we left. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we return to Krakow!If we were to complain about anything it would be that the sofa was not too comfortable… however we weren’t in Krakow to just sit on the sofa so this didn’t bother us much!

Superb stay, 100% recommend The apartment is very well situated for both old town and train station respectively. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped.
The coffee shop beneath the apartment was fantastic, we visited every morning.
Adalina was brilliant, she really made us feel at home and provided us a link to Google maps filled with recommendations, many of which we used and enjoyed.
Both Maya and the staff in Fornir were also very happy and polite.Nothing. The pillows were flatter than I'd normally use but that's very much personal preference.

Exceeded Excellent is every way! Super impressed! Could not fault it. From start to finish the Adelina and Maja were so helpful and really friendly. The apartment was spotless and location is great.
Great communication before arriving and really helpful when there with recommendations.
The coffee shop there also is absolutely incredible. Ukrainian coffee expert (I didn't catch his name) has a natural talent of making excellent coffee! Super friendly guy!
Even the bathroom floor was heated!Honestly nothing. Completely exceeds expectations. The service alone was nothing short of excellent! Everything else was a bonus and brilliant.

We had a lovely stay here and would certainly recommend anyone wishing to explore krakow. The location was easy to get to lots of places and the host was very accommodating. We have already recommended to others.

Nice apartment-great location The apartment was exactly like in the photos: pretty, bright, well maintained, spacious and clean. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the old town.
The owner was kind and friendly.The apartment was a bit cold but the owner tried her best to make us feel better.

Outstanding The location was great. The apartment had everything we needed and was lovely and clean. We were greeted by a member of staff who was really friendly and helpful and told us lots of information about the city and sights.Nothing. Highly recommend

Thank you so much for the stay! The apartment was an absolute dream and such a comfort to come back to after long days sight seeing! Adelina was fab and organised our transport to and from the apartment ensuring our trip was as smooth as possible. She also gave us recommendations of where to visit and responded promptly when we had a question which was great for first timers in krakow!
