The apartment is in a fantastic location, only a few minutes walk from Krakow Old Town. The owners were very welcoming and provided us with lots of recommendations when we arrived, they were also easily contactable during our stay via booking.com. The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We also loved the coffee shop downstairs which is a nice touch. We would 100% recommend.

The hotel is wonderfully situated, just above the old town. This means you can walk down to the castle, and you can do this every day. The room was lovely, with incredibly comfortable beds.The only issue was that the walls seemed a bit thin, leading to poor sound insulation. We could hear noises from other rooms or houses in the morning.

The location was perfect and literally a few minutes from old town. Staying in the old town would have been too noisy at night. The apartment was bigger than we expected. The cafe area is a bonus with amazing pastry and best chai latte ever! The decor of the apartment building is quirky. Maya was there to greet us upon arrival and nothing was too much trouble. She also helped us with ideas on where to eat. Fresh flowers in our apartment was a lovely homely touch.If you slept in the lounge on sofa couch street was a bit noisy with horse carriage and car noise. Main bedroom was very quiet though so didn't bother us only our daughter. It's a trade off for having an amazing location.

Amazing apartment and a great location within walking distance to the old town. The host was super helpful and made us feel at home. Definitely would stay there again!

Enjoyed our stay and will come back when visiting Krakow again I recently had the pleasure of staying at Relaks apartamenty in Krakow, and overall, it was a positive experience. The apartment's location was truly outstanding, situated close to the Old Town. This convenience significantly enhanced our exploration of Krakow. The apartment was spacious for two people and had all the modern amenities. Communication with host/property manager was prompt and efficient (Adelina and Kinga) . Any queries or concerns were addressed swiftly, adding to the overall positive experience. And, there is an excellent cafe downstairs which seems very popular with the locals.Few things to consider: It's important to note that the apartment is accessible only via stairs. This could be a consideration for individuals with heavy luggage. They only provided us with one manual key for the apartment which seemed a bit inconvenient. This could pose challenges for groups or individuals with different schedules. There is no washing machine in the apartment which we knew about, but in absence of it there has to be a provision to change towels and bed sheets, especially for longer stays.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality of the host. The accommodations were impeccable. The apartment was not only beautifully decorated but also incredibly clean and well-maintained. It's evident that the host takes great pride in providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for their guests. The location was also perfect for my needs. It was conveniently situated near all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore during my stay. The neighborhood was safe and had a charming ambiance that added to the overall experience.

Komfortowe i piękne miejsce Przepiękne miejsce, wnętrze kamienicy zaskakuje od głównego wejścia, pachnące białe lilie, fantastyczne światło, całość dopracowana w każdym detalu. Drewno, stal, kamień. Spójna stylistyka mebli i elementów wyposażenia. Nasz apartament był bardzo komfortowy. To jedno z najwygodniejszych łóżek na jakim spaliśmy! Bardzo przyjemna pościel i do tego mięciutkie poduszki. Nie mogę nie wspomnieć sympatycznego przywitania. W obiekcie nie ma recepcji, a mimo, że przyjechaliśmy dość późno, zostaliśmy wprowadzeni przez bardzo miłą Panią. To przyjemna odmiana po wizytach w "bezobsługowych" obiektach. Lokalizacja dla nas była idealna, 10 minut spacerem do dworca, stare miasto 4 minuty. Żałujemy tylko, że nie udało nam się skorzystać z restauracji, mieliśmy bardzo napięty plan zwiedzania, wychodziliśmy rano przed jej otwarciem, wracaliśmy późno w nocy. Jest dodatkowy powód by tu wrócić

Brilliant Apartments and Staff Maja and Adelina were both brilliant on arrival and any needs. Went the extra mile with everything, organised taxis, info on trains, couldn’t fault the staff. Great value for money, main square a 5 minute walk. Modern rooms with large bathroom.
