So relaxing with lys fragrance and great pastries. Great apartment well located. Welcoming staff. Lovely garden for breakfast and other plates cooked on site. A very recommended place a bit crowded on Sunday since this is so good.Nothing.

We really recommend this flat! It is as on pictures - clean, cozy, with a very comfortable bed, great location (5 min walk to the old town. Host is very nice - always responded immediately and was ready to help with anything (e.g. different time for check in/ out). Wonderful experience!

Excellent emplacement pour accéder a la vieille ville. Logement décoré avec gout dans un immeuble ancien tres bien aménagé et avec un joli patio. Mon premier Kouign-amann a été testé a 2 minutes a pied de l’appartement. Hôte tres à l’écoute et disponible pour vous aider. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

wonderful! The host contacted us to arrange airport transfers, the taxi driver contacted us to let us know he was at the airport and where he was waiting, he was friendly and welcoming. On arrival our host was waiting, she was so lovely and took the time to show us around the apartment building and our apartment, and she provided guide books and even found and marked out places we were interested in seeing. She arranged tickets and transport to Auchwitz for us. the building itself is beautiful, and very tastefully decorated, there were fresh flowers everywhere and the place smelled wonderful! there's a lovely courtyard in the middle with a lovely little bistro which serves excellent coffee and very decadent pastries! Our apartment included a dish washer & hob as well as fridge, TV and there was even a washer/dryer! I think all the apartments have air con, and the beds are so comfortable, I usually don't sleep for the first couple of nights in a new bed but I had no problems getting right to sleep this time! I can very highly recommend this apartment to everyone visiting Krakow and you can be sure we will be staying there again!The only problem I had was the stairs to get to the apartment, I have breathing difficulties and arthritis but the building can't accommodate a lift, our own fault for not requesting a ground floor apartment and in no way does this reflect on the apartment or hosts and it certainly won't prevent me staying there again!

Apartment and the inside of the building. Very stylish. Hosts were very helpful.The noise from the street. An extra window (double window) would reduce the noise almost completely and make this appartement a 10.

Великолепно! Очень довольны, что остановились в этих апартаментах. Для меня с дочкой было все отлично. Мы прилетели ночью и нам дали четкую инструкцию, как мы можем зайти и где найти ключи. Когда надо было задержать время выезда, без вопросов разрешили нам побыть в апартаментах немного дольше:) Все чисто, персонал очень приятныйУ меня были тяжелые чемоданы и пришлось на третий этаж поднимать и спускать их пешком. Лифта там нет. Это был единственный минус

We had a wonderful stay at Relaks apartment. The building is very conveniently located just outside the old city and the apartment we had was spacious and well appointed. However what made this place stand out is two things; 1) The excellent staff. Adelina went above and beyond & 2) the café in the court yard of the apartment complex. If we are ever back in Krakow we will be staying here again.

Muy muy recomendable El personal Nika y Adelina que fueron siempre muy atentas y solo nos dieron facilidades a todo lo que les pedimos. La ubicación del apartamento, inmejorable. Y el apartamento en sí, espacioso, limpio, muy agradable, con unos muebles muy bonitos y todas las comodidades. La cafetería del patio es tan agradable que siempre estaba llena y con colas para sentarse, pero cierra pronto por la tarde y no molesta nada. El precio creo que muy bueno.No hubo nada malo... .
