Great location - just north of the old town. Perfect for city centre, train and bus station. Tram stop right outside.

Thoroughly recommend Relaks, lovely apartments in an excellent location Relaks apartments are in an excellent location a short walk from the city centre. The apartment itself was spacious and clean and warm and well equipped. We arrived late due to our flight being delayed but despite having finished work for the day our host Kinga met us to give us the key and to make sure we got inside ok. Over the course of our stay Kinga provided an exceptional service and went out of her way to make sure our stay went well.

Relaks apartments is an excellent place to stay when visiting krakow. The people who run the apartments are so helpful a We loved everything about the property. It ticked all the boxes in terms of location, cleanliness and price.We had no complaints about Relaks apartments.

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a great location. Very comfortable and well equipped. Easy, walkable access to the main points of interest and plenty of tram routes within metres. Convenient for the train station too so easy to get to from the airport. Would definitely stay here againNothing at all to dislike

Jättefint och fräscht Rent, fint och välskött. Vi bodde i trerumslägenhet på andra våningen med två sovrum mot gården. Lugnt område med gångavstånd till stora torget i "Krakow Old Town" (10 minuter) och till tågstationen (15 minuter)
Litet mysigt café på gården. Bilderna motsvarade lägenhetens utseende och skick. Trevlig värd som väntade i porten vid avtalad ankomst.

Highly recommend - 10star service and accommodation the staff were fantastic and the location was outstanding. It had everything we could of asked for and felt like a home from home. Staff organised excursions for us and airport transfers with ease and where on hand to answer any questions we had promptly.they only small downside was the TV wasn’t really working but a small issue, considering we were hardly in the apartment.

Wonderful stay for a weekend trip to Kraków, absolutely recommend. The apartment was beautiful, spacious and cozy at the same time. It is located in a great area - it’s close to the Old Town but also not too crowded. The bed was extremely comfortable and big.
