La habitación estaba genial, muy amplia y bien decorada. El hotel está muy bien ubicado y se puede ir caminando a todas partes.

Piękny apartament. Idealne wnętrze, minimalistyczne i z klimatem. Właścicielka bardzo miła i otwarta. Jeśli zastanawiacie się nad pobytem w Krakowie koniecznie Relaks Apartamenty Mieszkanie było bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Podczas pobytu niczego nam nie brakowało. Przestronny salon i dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny pomogły nam spędzić czas nawet gdy pogoda nie dopisała. Sypialnie posiadały czystą pościel i wygodne łóżka. Ręczniki i kosmetyki w łazience były przygotowane, co jest super inicjatywą ze strony gospodarza. Podczas chłodniejszych nocy mogłyśmy liczyć na ogrzewanie w każdym pomieszczeniu. Pomimo tego, ze w budynku jest więcej apartamentów, prywatność została zachowana. Z czystym sercem polecam Napewno wrócę w to miejsce podczas kolejnego pobytu w Krakowie.

Fantastic trip, wonderful apartment! The host of the apartment Adelina met us to check in and gave us some great tips for traditional polish places to visit, along with recommending tours suitable for us given the duration of time were there. She was so helpful and had a lovely aura about her! The location is perfect, and the style of the apartment is superb. Very swanky!Nothing

Fantastic location, just 5 mins from the Old Town. The apparentments are absolutely lovely. Very well equipped and heated tiles in the bathroom. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Our stay was excellent, the apartment is in easy walk to the city centre, not more than 10minutes. The accommodation was excellent, comfortable and a high standard. We were contacted by text to arrange arrival times and met by friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. We would definetly come again.

Great apartment, location and facilties Great location about 5 mins walk from the old town. Looks exactly like it did in the pictures. Our apartment faced the courtyard so there was no tram noise. Black out blinds were very handy when wanting a sleep in. Very clean and having the use of the fridge/ kitchen utensils ect was very handy. Staff was very friendly and gave us tips and recommendations of places to eat. As our flight was in the evening we were also allowed a late check out which was great. We highly recommend a stay here.As a whole the apartment was great and I would definitely stay again if in the city. If I had to be very picky the bed dipped slightly in the middle but was not something that prevented me from having a good sleep.

We had a warm welcome from our host, Adelina, who showed us all the bits to the apartment and gave us some useful tips/ things to see whilst we stayed in Krakow. Adelina was fantastic and her communication throughout the trip was far beyond any we have had before. It was easy to get in contact with her and her responses were always quick and helpful. It was a nice touch to be asked when we would like breakfast the next day so we always had a table in the beautiful café. Relaks was even able to cater to our busy time schedules, making sure we still had breakfast when we were setting off early for excursions! The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfy and cosy. Lots of ways to heat the room for the cold weather, including underfloor heating in the bathroom! Lots of storage for clothes and bits and plenty of equipment/ facilities for cooking/ making a nice warm drink. It's location was also great, being close to the main square meaning we never had to trek back far after a long day sight seeing. Although, being far enough out that it was still nice and quiet! There are also lots of amenities near the apartment (bank, bakery, shops, bunny café, on-sight café). We really enjoyed the breakfast that was included also. The café, as stated before, was a great setting to sit in. Open sandwiches were offered, along with a choice of eggs, cakes and buns and coffee/ tea. The breakfasts were always fresh, tasty and provided us with all the energy we needed for our day! The service here was also great! All in all, my partner and I would like to thank Adelina, and the rest of the Relaks team for our great stay. If you're stuck deciding where you should stay in Krakow, pick here! We hope to be back soon!

Absolutely perfect. Absolutely loved everything. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Adelina, the host, was so helpful and hospitable. The location was perfect - a short walk from the old town, near tram stations, supermarket, shops etc.Nothing.

perfect place for couples the property was modern, clean and fresh. there was enough space to feel that you could hang out in the room and watch Netflix. the whole building smelt of lovely flowers, the facilities to cook your own food was good if you didn’t want to spend lots. the bathroom has underfloor heating an extra bonus. the staff were very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay more than we thought.nothing everything was great

amazing city apartment with even better hosts apartment was very clean and comfortable even had heated bathroom floors! Adelina welcomed us when we arrived and was very accommodating even giving us a list of her favourite places to visit in krakow. couldn’t recommend this apartment enoughnothing everything was amazing
