Perfect base for exploring Krakow We liked everything! The apartments are in a great location, we loved the decor and Adelina, the manager could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Our apartment was well maintained and they provided fresh flowers.Nothing!

amazing immaculate apartment that’s in the heart of the city and close to everything. great friendly hosts who keep you up to date and make sure you’re okay without being too intruding :)i wish there was a lift and there were laundry facilities.

Velmi pekny, cisty apartman umiestnenym na skok od centra. Prisla nas ubytovat velmi mila pani (Adelina),ktora nás uvítala, vsetko vysvetlila, poradila nam co navstivit a pocas pobytu sa aj informovala ci je vsetko v poriadku,co bolo velmi mile :-). Urcite odporucame

Absolutely perfect, comfortable, personalised stay right by central Krakow. We liked everything! Adelina was such an accommodating host and so attentive to our interests and needs without being overbearing. We were so impressed that she even looked up an obscure tourist attraction that we mentioned and contacted us later in our stay to tell us where to find it. The apartment (#5) looked EXACTLY like the photos, which is a first. I can't say enough about how perfect, uncomplicated, and comfortable our stay was. A great apartment to come back to after spending 6+ hours on your feet exploring Krakow when you just want to relax before taking a quick walk to one of the many delicious restaurants within a few hundred metres from the apartment. I have stayed in countless hotels and rental apartments all over Europe & North America during the past 15 or so years at all ends of the quality/price/location spectrum, and this was by far my favourite out of all of them.No complaints at all. However, I noticed a few comments mentioning the noise from the street. Our bedroom faced the street, which did not bother us at all. With that said, I would recommend that sound-sensitive guests contact Relaks Apartamenty to ask about which apartment would be best for them. The employees will be happy to help!

Fantastic two bedroom apartment in a great location. Checking was super easy and the cafe downstairs is great for an early morning coffee.
