Great host/flat/location/price. Would go there again and again! The host was extremely friendly and helped us a lot during our stay advising how to go to our various daily excursions.
The flat was in a great location (2mins walking from Krakow old city center), super spacious, super clean and super warm (outside was -4 but inside we were with t-shirt). There was hot water 24/7. We found handy the coffee machine, tea and free water provided. I sound like I am exaggerating but really all these made our stay stress-free.Everything was perfect!

Amazing place to stay in Krakow. Beautiful spacious apartment well furnished and very comfortable.
The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom with the heated floor was very welcome for the winter.
The bed was large and very comfy.
Apartment is close to the city centre and the cafe and breakfasts provided were excellent and very high standard.
This is our second stay here and would highly recommend it when visiting Krakow.Nothing to dislike

The host/owner Adalina was so lovely, helpful and welcoming, making it a great start to our holiday. The apartment was in the perfect location to explore Krakow, with an amazing cafe right next door (ran by the same owners) with the best pastries/breakfast menu! The interior of the apartment and the facilities were perfect too. We cannot fault this stay and will definitely be returning.

Una estancia estupenda, muy cómoda y agradable. Todo perfecto. Todo muy bien, desde el recibimiento por Adelina, que es muy amable y estuvo pendiente de la llegada y en todo momento, en perfecto español, por lo que la entrada fue muy fácil. También me gustó el apartamento, muy cómodo y todo en perfecto estado. Me encantó la decoración del acceso y sobre todo ver flores frescas, a pesar de ser diciembre.Nada. por decir algo, solo los sillones que resultan algo fríos.

Amazing accommodation, amazing hosts amazing location! Absolutely fantastic accommodation, beautifully decorated and in a great location. It was extremely safe and secure. The cafe was lovely, the bread and cakes are made fresh every morning and definitely a must. The hosts were so kind and helpful, Adelina and Marcin couldn't have been more helpful with recommendations and guidance and helped us with some non accomadation queries through WhatsApp in the evenings. I couldn't recommend Relaks enough and will be hoping to book it for my parents in 2022!

The apartment was perfect! Cleanest Airbnb or hotel I have ever stayed in. It’s very spacious and has everything you need for your stay, we stayed 3 nights. It is in the perfect location with a short 5 min walk to the main square in old town and many restaurants and bars. In another direction it is a 5 min walk to the big shopping mall and train station.
Adelina was so kind and quick to respond and check in was very easy.
Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again if we were to return to Krakow.
