Great weekend stay Exceptional customer service. Wonderful lillies & lilly smell in the beautifully designed & finished halfway. No cable television, though there was a modern, digital television with a Netflix app installed.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Podczas 3 dniowego pobytu nie natrafiłem na żaden problem.

A very good choice to stay in Krakow Central location,transfer from/to airport easy by bus no 252,room spacious (No12),soaps,towels,bathroom,bed,excellent,owner of hotel offered us huge help with everything we needed, arrangements to Camps,suggesting places to eat,even helped us find a clinic for PCR test.Always smiling,picking the phone up(his personal).Coffee shop downstairs is excellent,belongs to the hotel.Nice beautiful space to have enjoy breakfast.People are coming there for a cup of coffee,or breakfast,even not staying at the apartments.A very good choice to stay when in Krakow.We stayed 3 nights.2 issues only:1)You can not escape the noise from the passing cars and tram.Not too loud,but not that quite,too.2)Noone came during our stay to clean or anything,e.g to change the toilet paper bag.We changed it every day ourselves.Not big issues though,both.Just mentioning them.I would surely stay again.

Great stay at Relaks apartamenty! We stayed 2 nights in Relaks Apartamenty. Great location, very close to everything you are looking for when traveling in Krakow. We were welcomed by Adelina who was very kind explaining everything we needed to know and showing us around. The house is very modern and clean as in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the bed was very comfortable. The cafe downstairs is very recommended. The communication with Adelina before and during our stay was easy and helpful, as well as the instructions to get to the apartment. Checking in and out was very easy. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back again one day!Shower pressure was not strong enough. We got along with it.

Прекрасно! Аппартамены очень красивые, чистые, просторные, есть всё необходимое. Необычный интерьер номера и дома. Внизу очень милое кафе, со вкусной выпечкой, сендвичами и кофе и хорошим обслуживанием (часто нет свободных мест, рекомендуется резервировать заранее). Аделина отличная хозяйка, отвечала на все вопросы, давала полезные советы. Расположение прекрасное, несколько минут ходьбы до старого города. В целом, очень понравилось, вернулись бы сюда еще раз при следующем посещении Кракова! Рекомендасьон!

Great apartment in a great location. Everything was new and clean, and our host (Adelina) made sure that we were well informed when it comes to the city and answered every question we had. Thanks for having us, and I will certainly return here next time I'm in Krakow! Highly recommended.
