Great apartment in a great location. Everything was new and clean, and our host (Adelina) made sure that we were well informed when it comes to the city and answered every question we had. Thanks for having us, and I will certainly return here next time I'm in Krakow! Highly recommended.

Un charmant appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Cracovie Tout ! L'accueil, les conseils de tous ordres (transports, visites, restaurants...) et à toute heure, la gentillesse et la discrétion d'Adelina (qui parle de surcroît parfaitement français). L'appartement (Deluxe, 34 m2, 2e étage sur rue) spacieux, fonctionnel (il y a même un lave-vaisselle) et à la décoration sobre et élégante (les propriétaires sont architectes). La localisation idéale à 10 minutes à pied de la gare et à 5 minutes à pied de la barbacane ou de la place du marché. Le délicieux petit déjeuner dans la cour du charmant café (appartenant au même propriétaire) situé au rez-de-chaussée (sandwich avec excellents produits, œufs, pâtisserie maison, café...) et la gentillesse du personnel du café.Rien. S'il faut trouver quelque chose (de mineur) : le bruit et les vibrations du tram dans la rue (malgré le double vitrage de la fenêtre) aux heures ouvrables.

Seconda volta in questo ottimo appartamento Appartamento perfetto, spazioso e ben accessoriato. Adelina è un host eccezionale e vi guiderà alla scoperta dell'appartamento e della città. Posizione perfetta per girare Krakow. Se avete bagagli pesanti, considerate che non c'è l'ascensore.
Migliorabili i cuscini del letto. La sera si sente chiaramente il tram che passa per la via.

The Relaks apartamenty impressed me very much in different ways. The position of the apartment was perfect because you can reach the center by walk and also the quarter Is very calm. Then It was very clean and you can find all that you need also to prepare some foods. The breakfast at the bar under the apartment was wonderful with different type of sweets, drinks and sandwiches. A special mention go to Adelina because She was very kind and available to guide me in what to visit in Krakow and help me in other things that I need! I really suggest to go in Relaks apartamenty. It's very difficult to find something that I don't like It. Problably the wifi Is good but can be improve a Little bit.

Superb opportunity to connect with Krakow vibes in art-deco comfortable appartment Appartment is in very convinient location, cosy and safe entry, quiet and serene, minimalistic yet stylish interior, fresh flowers, kitchen equipment and space for family of 4 with 2 teens; hostes Adelina was very responsive, gave fantastic recommendations for less touristic places to visit, good and interesting places to eat and showed great courtesy.2 minir things:
We arrived by car and appartment host kindly suggested parking location and made reservation so all was good, yet parking in front of the appartment would be if great convinience
Wifi was not equally strong in all appartment, but it was even better as it forced to surf less:-)

Wonderful stay ! Extremely nice welcoming people. Wonderfully convenient café/light bistro in the courtyard. Clean, peaceful, very relaxing indeed. Will be coming back and sending friends and family. Many thanks to the whole team.

Most relaxing stay Property was in a great location - only 5 minutes walk from the main square - (so just far enough that the trumpet isn’t audible from the main squares church).
Fantastically spacious and well equipped - with a great cafe on site and a delightful outside terrace - but is that isn’t open in the evening which ensures it’s very peaceful.
Lastly but most importantly the staff are very kind, thoughtful and hugely accommodating and extremely helpful. Helping remove anything that might be stressful.
Can’t recommend enough and we plan to return at the earliest opportunity.Nothing.

The apartment has a great location, just outside the old town, it’s very clean, and has a really nice cafe on site with lots of healthy options. The host, Adeline, was awesome and made sure we were comfortable. Nothing.

Wir wurden am Tag der Anreise sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberin am Hotel empfangen, dort begleitete sie uns zum Zimmer und erwähnte alles Wichtige mit Tipps rundum Krakau. Das Zimmer an sich war einfach nur traumhaft. Frische Schnittblumen, ein total schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit bestickter Bettwäsche. Für uns war das Apartment eine total Wohlfühloase. Das Hotel mit anliegendem Café ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Im Café´gab es auch vegan freundliche Getränke und Speisen, was unser Herz höher schlagen ließ. Über den Zeitraum hinweg hat die Gastgeberin mit uns kommuniziert und uns alle Fragen beantwortet- einfach ein perfekter Service! Die Lage war kaum zu übertreffen- alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Sobald wir das nächste Mal in Krakau sind, würden wir jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft auswählen ! Großes Dank an Adelina und ihr Team !!
