We had an excellent stay at this apartment and really enjoyed it. Would definitely use it again. I really liked the location of the apartment. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our three night stay. Excellent.There is some noise from the trams going past but that isn’t a fault of the apartment. It certainly wouldn’t stop me staying there again.

Relaks - Amazing Accommodation superb, spotless and beautiful furnished.
Marcine, Adelina and all the staff were amazing from the very first moment we arrived.
Lots of tips of where to visit and restaurants to eat, nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast incredible, high quality and delicious and sets you up for the day.
We would definitely stay here again!Nothing not to like!

Will come back for sure! Relaks is indeed the best name for this place. Everything in this beautiful apartment makes you feel relaxed and comfortable - the helpful and charming hosting, the design, the comfy facilities... You feels like they have already thought about everything.
The esthetics and cleanliness and the confidence that you will get help anytime by these hosts is what makes this place a winning option for KrakowSome street noise (in the living room only) on the first floor sunday eve. (monotonius). On the other hand - At least you don't have any club noise overnight nor drunk kids shouting and singing at night like you have in most other options in the historic centre.
The bed in the sleeping room is little too soft for my taste but my mom just loved it - grate pillows and other bed dressing

The host Adelina is super friendly and they provide bicycle for the tourist as well. They answered all our questions and advised how to take local transportation and helped us to book local tour. Great service. This apartment is really central, walking distance from train station and old town square, very convenient.The bed is a little small.
