The Relaks totally exceeded our expectations.From its modern,chic design,to its great location literally within minutes walk of all Krakows main ammenities & the main Tram line literally on your door step! Our host Adelina was a gem always there if needed etc. Would 100% recommend the Relaks and of course the beautiful city of Krakow for a visit.

The friendly and accommodating staff

Att man fick låna cyklar utan kostnad! Så himla fräscht och mysigt, till och med färska blommor på köksbordet och mini-produkter såsom shampo osv i badrummet. Älskade designen och inredningen på rummet och i hela byggnaden.Man hörde spårvagnen och trafik från gatan i det ena rummet, så öronproppar är att rekommendera om man är känslig för ljud. Men i det andra rummet närmast innergården var det hur lugnt o skönt som helst.

Apartamento de diseño, recien reformado, muy grande y super confortable....una pasada!!! Todo. Apartamento de diseño, con una cama de matrimonio enorme y todo nuevo. Tienen bicis disponibles de forma gartuita.

Traumhafter Urlaub im Herzen Krakaus! Gerne wieder :-) Der Gastgeber Marcin ist Architekt und hat das Haus seiner Eltern mit viel Liebe zu noblen Loft-Appartements in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum Krakaus umgebaut. Die Ausstattung ist vom feinsten und würde einem 5-Sterne Deluxe-Zimmer im Hotel entsprechen. Der Empfang vom Gastgeber ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, man wird direkt herzlich empfangen und es werden alle Details der Unterkunft penibel erläutert. Zudem bekommt man eine Karte von Krakau mit vielen Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Fragen lohnt sich also! :-)Dafür kann natürlich der Gastgeber nichts: Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation etwas schwierig, wie in jeder Innenstadt. Daher empfehle ich allen die mit dem Auto anreisen direkt auf einen der bewachten Parkplätze in der Nähe auszuweichen. Die Kosten liegen pro 24 Stunden Parkzeit im Schnitt bei 50 ZL= ca. 12,50€.

Parfait! Très grand appartement, lumineux, calme, décoré avec goût et avec tous les équipements nécessaires - extrêmement bien situé entre la gare, la vieille ville et le marché. Un hébergement de choix pour profiter de Cracovie à son rythme et s'y sentir comme à la maison. Et merci à Adelina pour son accueil!!

Can't be beaten for Krako, booked our Auschwitz tour for us as well as great recomendations for us Host was unreal, let us in even after we were delayed he hung around and gave us a map with his tailored recommendations which were great for food and bars and sightseeing

Perfect!! The owner, Marcin, could not have been more helpful. The apartment was spotless, modern and very comfortable. The location was great too. We loved the shower room underfloor heating! Fresh flowers were placed in my room when Marcin and his wife learned that I love flowers. An added bonus was the free use of bikes which enabled us to explore further afield. Perfect hosts.Can't think of anything

I would not hesitate to recommend these apartments to friends and family. The apartments have real wow factor. The interiors are lovely from the minute you enter - everything so well-cared for, stylish, and clean. The location is so central yet quiet and peaceful. Shops and restaurants very close-by, as well as the main train station, tram stops, etc.. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the internal temperature easily adjusted. The TV and DVD player were nice additions when taking a break. We appreciated the blackout blinds behind the curtains and could do with these at home! Fresh flowers in the stairwell and the apartment itself were very pleasant. If you are visiting from the UK (or many other countries I would assume) you will find the cost of the apartments very very good value, as with most things in Poland. Marcin and his assistant Adelina could not have been more helpful and gave us extensive recommendations for places to eat and visit, all of which were very good. Like many people in Poland they both speak excellent English (Why are the British so bad at learning other languages and other nationalities so good at learning English? It's embarrassing... but very helpful nonetheless). We also arranged an airport transfer through Marcin both when arriving and leaving - the service was very good and great value (equivalent of £20 each way).There isn't really anything we 'didn't like' but if you had to choose something to 'improve' the apartment slightly, I would say a few more homely touches like a cozy rug and more cushions for the sofa, and perhaps more kitchen implements, would make it perfect (although you don't really need to cook in the apartment as it is so cheap to eat out). Also the shower pressure was not brilliant, but this is common in older buildings of course - the bathroom facilities aside from this were excellent.

Beautiful apartment with great facilities The apartment is fantastic, the pictures don’t do it justice. Extremely well decorated with great facilities and in a great location very close to the Main Square. Marcin was a superb host and he kindly arranged a cot and high chair for our 8 month old son, plus an airport transfer which was very smooth. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to return !Nothing
