The apartments are clean, modern and comfortable! The attention to detail is superb. Our host Adelina was extremely helpful and knowledgable, nothing was too much trouble!

Polecam pobyt w Apartamentach Relaks, są komfortowe, nowe i świetnie zlokalizowane. Świetna lokalizacja, kilkanaście minut pieszo od dworca kolejowego i rynku. Miły i pomocny personel. Apartament wyglądał tak jak na zdjęciach.

Excelente alojamiento para unos días en Cracovia. Limpio y bien situado. Cerca del centro pero tranquilo. Amplio tanto la habitación como el baño. Recepción sin problemas al llegar. Nos informaron y atendieron amablemente. Ducha genial. Aire acondicionado.Mejorable el colchón. Ruido de tranvía pero te acostumbras. No tiene lavadora.

Alles einfach perfekt!!! :) Das Apartment war groß und superschön renoviert (Altbau mit modern kombiniert)... viel Liebe zum Detail. :)
Zudem war die Dusche einfach nur ein Traum >sehr schönes Design und trotzdem total funktionell (kein Wasser läuft aus; kein 'austesten' wie sie wohl funktioniert...).
Alles in allem einfach nur perfekt und absolut empfehlenswert!!! :)
Besonders möchte ich auch nochmals die Freundlichkeit von Marcin und Adelina erwähnen >sie sind wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns wertvolle Insider-Tipps gegeben. :) Nochmals vielen lieben Dank!!!
Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Krakau-Trip definitiv wieder dort übernachten bzw. ein Apartment buchen.

Sicuramente la miglior scelta che si possa fare se si vuole soggiornare a Cracovia. Tutte le strutture/appartamenti dovrebbero esser gestiti in questo modo! Camere in perfette condizioni, presenza di tutto il necessario (saponi, shampoo, balsamo, asciugamani, aria condizionata, tv, microonde, bollitore, e addirittura moka per il caffè).
Marcin e la moglie estremamente simpatici e disponibilissimi a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza: consigli su ristoranti, escursioni, luoghi da visitare.Unica piccola nota meno positiva: dovrebbero isolare maggiormente le finestre poichè gli appartamenti si affacciano su una strada trafficata e, per chi ha il sonno leggero, potrebbe esser un problema.

Beautiful apartments in perfect location Everything about these apartments is first class: location (near old town and central railway station), décor, assistance from the staff and manager. Not expensive given the quality of the product. They are also well-equipped and feel spacious. Highly recommended.

La ubicación y el apartamento en si. No es una queja en absoluto, pero nos hubiera gustado tener un poco más de contacto con los propietarios. Nuestro horario y el suyo no ha sido muy compatible.
