Sehr schönes empfehlenswertes Apartment Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment in zentraler Lage mit Haltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Nähe.Über der Spüle in der Küche befindet sich ein Holzbrett mit scharfer Kante an der man sich bei der Arbeit an der Spüle den Kopf stoßen kann. Das sollte unbedingt geändert werden, beispielsweise indem dieses Ablagebrett, auf der unter anderem die Mikrowelle steht, gekürzt wird. Abgesehen davon war alles perfekt.

Weekend z rodziną W Poznaniu byliśmy już kolejny raz, ale w tym apartamencie pierwszy i pewnie tu wrócimy. Bardzo dobre miejsce na nocleg z rodziną. Świetnie, że można skorzystać ze śniadania przynoszonego do pokoju. Bardzo czysto i bardzo dogodna lokalizacja. Piękna kamienica, zadbana klatka schodowa i winda na wyższe piętra, co podnosi komfort.

Location was excellent. Close to christmas markets.
We had a late check in and everything was explained on how to check in manually with ease
Reception minded our bags on check out as we had spare time to go around before our flight

Świetna miejscówka wypadowa. Pobyt był bardzo udany. Wygodne łóżka, mały aneks i świetna łazienka. Pokój mieliśmy od strony ulicy i mimo ruchu, było w nim cicho. Super lokalizacja. Obok mnóstwo knajpek, a śniadanie również można zamówić do pokoju. Z chęcią potwórzę tutaj pobyt.

bon appart hotel pour visiter le centre de poznan c'est un appart hotel, les équipements sont au rendez-vous, cuisine et salle de bain parfaite.
très bon petit déjeuner servi en chambre.
emplacement parfait pour accéder à la vieille ville rapidementlit trop petit ( surtout pour un couple avec enfant )
pas de ménages pendant le séjour, on aurait aimé avoir un changement de serviettes et un ménage offert pour les séjours de plus de 3 jours.

Взагалі все сподобалось. Дуже поряд с центром міста.Номер охайний, постільна білизна чиста і нова.. Номер чистий, але було трохи пилочки. Меблі більш менш нормальні. Спати було комфортно.У душі важко було настроїти теплу вода. Але то не велика проблема.

Very nice room. Great location. The room is spotlessly clean. It has everything you need. There's even cream in the coffee and tea. The receptionists are friendly and nice, thank you. I recommend it.

Perfect location near the old town, good value for travellers, and helpful hosts. The apartment has useful amenities like a kitchen and washing machine nearby, but some maintenance is needed, especially in the bathroom and furniture. Cleanliness was acceptable. The biggest issue was heavy noise from a nearby construction site and passing planes (and from people in the courtyard underneath the windows), which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Hosts called it “normal city noise” but the city itself is peaceful. Please think about noise-sensitive people, who might travel there for the first time and won’t know what to expect. Overall positive experience, but transparency about noise and a proper double bed would improve the stay. I would book it again, if getting a quieter room.
