Very polite and understanding service, open to the needs of guests, excellent location, quiet during the stay, therefore I recommend the place

Spacious and quiet apartment in great and central location. We were a group of four and to have two bathrooms was really nice and luxurious. Easy check in, we even could check in earlier free of charge. It was clean except for a hair on the toilet, but things like that happen sometimes.
To keep in mind: one of the bedrooms ist rather dark. The matresses are quite soft If anyone has problems with that. The reception is only available 11am-5pm, so we had to wait until 11am to leave our luggage there after check out. If someone wants to use the TVs: they seem to be rather outdated and had some performance issues (we only tried YouTube).
Regardless I would recommend this apartment!

Ліжка м'якенькі і зручні. Тепло, тихо і затишно. Поруч багато цікавих місць типу Площа Старий Ринок.Холодильник працює дуже гучно, що трохи дратує. На килимовому покритті біля дверей в ванну в номері якась пляма, вочевидь, котра не відмиваєтся.

Superbe emplacement La proximité avec le centre ville et tous les lieux culturels et de shopping de la ville. Les lignes de tramway en bas de l'immeuble TOPLe changement des serviettes de toilettes pas quotidien, l'aspirateur dans la chambre manquant ou pas passé tous les jours

Świetne miejsce w samym sercu Poznania Super lokalizacja, Stary Rynek, centrum parę minut spacerkiem. Pelno fajnych sklepów i restauracji, od tych z gwiazdkami Michelin do takich z obiadami za 22 zlote.Czysto.Bardzo wygodne duże łóżko, dwie kołdry.Zmywarka, mikrofala,plyta, gniazdka obok lozka, garnki, patelnie, lodówka, sztućce i wszystko co potrzebne, jak sobie samodzielnie przygotowujecie śniadanko. Fajne, grube ręczniki, czajnik. Było kilka rodzajów herbat, cukier, kawa, śmietanka, sól i pieprz.Mimo, że nasze okno wychodziło na ulicę św.Marcin, nie było głośno.Czasem bylo słychać tramwaj, ale okna są szczelne.Naprawde, dla każdego kto mieszka na codzień w mieście, hałas byl minimalny.Jedyny mankament, to slaby internet.Chcielismy sobie pooglądać netlixa, ale co chwila znikał sygnał.Jak podłączyliśmy własny internet, wszystko smigalo bez problemów.

Super friendly and responsive. Had some minor issues but all resolved immediately. Would rent from them again
