Czyste, funkcjonalne, przytulne. Wspaniała łazienka. Trochę tylko przeszkadzał brak widoku i niewielka przestrzeń.

Pełen profesjonalizm i zaangażowanie w dobre samopoczucie gości. Komunikatywnie, serdecznie i zawsze z uśmiechem.
Wyżywienie było poprawne. Liczyłam na regionalne produkty, ale oprócz sera (wyglądał raczej na sklepowy) nic takiego nie znalazłam.
Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce. Pokoje czyste, zadbane, urządzone z wielką dbałością o detale. Duże wygodne łóżka, naturalne kosmetyki w łazienkach.
Śniadania w formie bufetu szwedzkiego z bardzo bogatym asortymentem potraw. Zróżnicowane ciepłe dania, regionalne przysmaki, wszystko smaczne i świeże. Przez cały dzień dostępna kawa z ekspresu, ciasto i owoce. Najlepsze pierogi jakie kiedykolwiek jedliśmy :)
Obiekt usytuowany w Poroninie lekko na uboczu, co gwarantuje niezakłócony niczym wypoczynek. W bliskim sąsiedztwie przystanek, sklepy, bezproblemowy dojazd do Zakopanego czy innych atrakcji.
Przesympatyczna obsługa, bez zbędnych słów odgadująca potrzeby klientów. Cudowna, uśmiechnięta Pani Monika, która tworzy wyjątkowy klimat tego miejsca. Pełen profesjonalizm, uprzejmość i zaangażowanie. Na pewno będziemy tu wracać i polecać znajomym.
Creative and beautiful decor, comfortable beds, well appointed bathrooms and incredibly clean!
The pierogi were some of the best we have tasted. Coffee and tea are available whenever you want, and the breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel.
The hotel is set in idyllic surroundings with lovely views and walking paths nearby. We felt like we'd stepped back in time. Close to Zakopane, but far enough away that you feel the peace and quiet of the countryside.
The host and his staff strike a wonderful balance of being warm, accessible and hospitable, while maintaining our privacy with their professionalism.
The widok from Niedżwiedzia room isn't the greatest which is why I gave a 9. But EVERYTHING else was beyond great. So comfortable and unique. It might be good if the curtains could cover the windows. We like to sleep in blackout.
Lovely and delicious breakfast. Tasty pierogi. Fruit, coffee, little cakes always available. Just amazing. The room for meals and sitting and talking was so warm with lighting and couches. Loved having breakfast on the patio!
The beauty around is breathtaking. Loved going to both Zakopane and Bukowina Tatrzanska. This is why I originally looked at this place. And, then, I saw the beauty of the rooms and decided this was the ONE for our weekend getaway!
