Great location, clean, well equipped, stylish apartment. The location was great, in a beautiful old building with character. We stayed on the top floor, apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. Also in a great location, near to the old town. I emailed the apartment about an earlier arrival, the response was quick, friendly and efficient.Nothing to report!

Neat and clean apartment, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Ten minutes' walk from the main square, close to the tram station, supermarket, pharmacy and other facilities. We would definitely choose this accommodation againThere is no elevator in the building, the apartment was on the third floor, but the floor height is higher than standard. Can be a problem for travelers with heavy suitcases.

Very good Great location - minutes from the old town and very close to the Jewish quarter.
Right next to the pick up point for our tour of Auschwitz.
Modern and clean room.
Instructions for entering the room were clear and simple to followVery picky but glasses in the bathroom would be nice

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful and explained everything in details. At the heart of the krakow with no noise at all.

We will definitely stay again if in the area ? We absolutely loved staying here. The host was absolutely incredible and was sooo helpful answering any questions or queries I had about the area! I couldn’t thanks them enough. The accommodation was great, clean, modern and basic. The area was very central to the Christmas markets and the old town. We would walk in every evening/ morning and just soak up the amazing culture.As mentioned in the post there are a lot of stairs to go up to get to the apartment which wasn’t a problem at all for us but I know for some could be an issue. Also I believe this would be a super common thing within that area of town due to it being within the original town buildings

Funcional y muy bien ubicado Muy bien equipado, funcional, limpio y espacioso. Con un pequeño kitchen corner junto a la habitación, con càpsulas para un café inprovisado. Todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, ubicación ideal, cerca del centro sin ser bullicioso.Los casi 5 pisos que hay que subir a pie. Sin ascensor.

Great! It was clean. The staff was prompt in their responses and explained everything perfectly. The location is absolutely amazing and the accommodation is very easy to find. What you get, for the price you pay really pays off.There is no elevator, however this is clearly stated so we knew this before we booked it.
