Fairytale gone real! We spent 5 nights at "Betula" tree-house and here is our review (+hair conditioner tip): 1) The communication with the host was good: we had a difficulty to find the parking spot so we called the host and she was immediately responsive; 2) The house is very beautiful. The rooms were clean and good equipped. The heating system works very well. There was as well a small hair-dryer so consider bringing one if you need more powerful one. For two ppl the house "Betula" is ideal, but might be challenging for a family with small child(ren) just because there was not sink in the kitchen area (this is just personal view); 3) I liked that there were several board games and a detailed guide provided by the host on the area (activities, good restaurants etc). We tried two of the recommended restaurants and indeed they are worth trying; 4) The water in this area is soft so you won't need conditioner for the hair; 5) The location is very good: - we hiked directly from the tree house to the top of the "Snezka". It took us ca. 3 hours till top and for the way back we took the lift; - it took us 25 min to walk in the central village area. There are restaurants that are much closer (in 6 min walk), as well as a super-market. We would definitely go there again!/

Rewalacyjny domek między drzewami. Pomimo dwóch innych domków obok, miejsce jest bardzo prywatne. Bardzo spokojnie i cicho. Wszystkio w domku jest w idealnym stanie i jest bardzo czysto. 20min na piechotę do centrum Karpacza.

The location was very close to the beautiful surroundings. Lots to do like hiking and taking a boat trip on the lake.

Fijn verblijf gehad, er was leuk speelgoed voor de kinderen, fijne ruimte, goede keuken. Helaas maar een klein stukje uitzicht op de bergen, door de bomen, wel veel eekhoorns gespot.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Helena. Le logement était spacieux et la vue sur les montagnes relaxante. La situation permet de faire des randonnées sans prendre la voiture.

Tolle Wohnung. Die Terrasse ist auf das beeindruckende Bergpanorama ausgerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sehr ruhige Lage am Wald. Alles ansprechend und hochwertig eingerichtet. Wir waren im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen dort und die Wohnung blieb angenehm kühl. Direkt hinter dem Haus starten einige Wanderwege.

Logement conforme aux photos et bien équipé. Super emplacement à seulement 20/30min à pied du lac de Königssee et d’autres points d’intérêts. Nous recommandons.

Wir verbrachten drei Wochen in dieser wirklich perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Alles, was man sich vorstellen kann, war vorhanden und noch mehr. Helena war eine super Gastgeberin die Wohnung war extrem gepflegt und sauber. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Bardzo przytulne i relaksujące miejsce. Idealne na odcięcie się od zgiełku miasta i zaszycie w naturze.

We really enjoyed our stay in the treehouse. It’s beautifully nestled among the trees, offering a peaceful retreat just a short walk from the town and nearby hiking trails. There’s no kitchen sink, which is a slight inconvenience, but we were aware of this in advance thanks to other reviews, so it didn’t affect our experience. The mountain landscape in the area is stunning, and we thoroughly enjoyed our walks through the forest.

Wir haben zu viert Urlaub gemacht in der Ferienwohnung 3 bei Helena. Unsere zwei Jungs haben sich in dem Zweibettzimmer sehr wohl gefühlt und wir Erwachsene im Zimmer mit Doppelbett! Besonders der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer ist wunderschön! Alles an der Wohnung war super: Alles nötige vorhanden (hier wurde sich echt Mühe gemacht, dass alles da ist, was Gäste brauchen), super sauber und gemütlich! Die Gegend ist perfekt für Wanderungen. Nur 20-30 Minuten Fußweg befindet sich der Königsee, die Jennerbahn. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Helena war sehr freundlich und erreichbar bei Fragen! Wir waren alle super zufrieden! Tausend dank!

Heel goed appartement, op een prachtige plek. Mooi uitzicht. Ingericht met kwalitatief goed meubilair, uitstekende bedden en complete keukenuitrusting. Omgeving is schitterend! Historische plek, zo dicht bij Obersaltzberg.

We had a magical stay at Helena‘s apartment. The view to the mountains was beautiful and the location was so peaceful. The apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. It really was a fantastic trip and we will definitely be booking again. Helena was helpful and i have only positive things to say about our stay.
