Amazing The spa facility,saunas and hottub was very clean and well decorated ,Hottub could’ve been a bit warmer but other then that 10/10.Salt room was very relaxingHot tub could’ve been more hot,Taps labelled wrong the tap labelled cold was the hot tap abit misleading

Le style de l'hôtel (décoration, chill-room et business-room originales et agréables, idem pour l'espace Sauna et Hot-tub)Je n'avais pas compris que les lits 3 et 4 étaient un canapé lit dans le salon.
Il faisait globalement trop chaud dans la chambre et le chauffage/climatisation n'était pas simple à régler. En raison de l'absence de personnel d'accueil après 20h, ce problème n'a pas pu être résolu rapidement.

THE BEST STAY WE HAD i and my boyfriend stayed here. And we cant say any negative words towards the facility. Everything was perfect and excedeed our expectation. It is like more staying in a 5 Star hotel. For our 2N3D we felt like we rented the Spa area. The Jacuzzi and the rest area is our favorite. We enjoyed it by ourselves (Maybe we are lucky that theres no alot of guest when we visited) The staff are friendly and helpful. The Breakfast is the best. We ate 2D there and surprisingly it was not the same food serve in buffet. The presentation is nice too. The decor of overall place from the floor, wall the color choice of the overall place was perfect. Hope we can visit again here.Nothing. I would like to suggest maybe is the Music use in Spa area. In Jacuzzi area its so loud and in my opinion it would be fully relaxing if the music is like Nature sounds, than popular songs. Specially us and mostly of the guest are not teenager. We like the vibe of relaxing song not like partying.

It was amazing time. I really enjoyed SPA, nice chill room and breakfast. Getting to Krupówki or to the trails was easy Very good location, it was very clean, SPA was excellent and breakfast very tasty.For it would be more suitable, if the breakfast was served earlier.

Entspannter Aufenthalt in schöner Lage - sehr schöne, stimmige Einrichtung sowohl im Zimmer als auch in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereichen

- kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer
- Die Chill Lounge war super gemütlich und wir hatten sie immer für uns alleine. Dort kann man sich auch den ganzen Tag über Kaffee machen.
- sehr leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet
- kostenlose Fahrräder
- freundliches Personal
- Mineralwasser und stilles Wasser zum Abzapfen jederzeit gratis an der Rezeption- Leider hat die finnische Sauna (als einzige „richtige“ Sauna) die ganze Woche über nicht funktioniert und laut Bewertungen hier auch vorher schon nicht. Das ist schade, da wir das Hotel auch deshalb ausgesucht hatten.
- Im Wellnessbereich ist es recht hellhörig und teilweise ziemlich laut.
- Wellnessbereich ist unter der Woche nur von 16 bis 20 Uhr geöffnet (am Wochenende bis 22 Uhr)
- Wie oben erwähnt war das Frühstück wirklich super, aber angeschlossene Warmhalteplatten und somit warme Eier, Würstchen etc. wären besser gewesen ;)
