Alloggio molto funzionale e pulito, vicino alla passeggiata pedonale di Praia da Rocha. Paulina è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ottimo soggiorno.

Me and a couple friends had a great week here. We were a 15 minute walk to the new ‘strip’ and only a 10 minute car journey to the old town - the Ubers were very sufficient. Great price, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Tive uma experiência extremamente agradável. Desde o momento da chegada, fui recebido com uma hospitalidade calorosa que fez toda a diferença. O local em si era impecável, oferecendo conforto e tranquilidade, exatamente o que eu precisava para descansar e recarregar as energias. Cada detalhe, desde a limpeza até a qualidade das acomodações, demonstrou o cuidado e a atenção dedicados a garantir uma experiência memorável. Além disso, a proximidade a pontos turísticos e opções de lazer na região tornou a viagem ainda mais especial. Com certeza, foi uma estadia que superou minhas expectativas e deixou lembranças maravilhosas. Recomendo sem dúvida .

Le logement était parfait, très propre correspond parfaitement aux photos.
La piscine est à seulement cinq minutes parfait pour les enfants.
Le logement est proche de toute les belles plages et restaurants.
Je le recommande à 100%

Fantastic and brand new apartment with direct access from the private garage and direct access to the pool. Ideal for 4 it can host 6 with 3 bathrooms (also a plus).
The apartment is walking distance to the beach of Luz. Paulina has been very helpful at check-in and with needs we had.

Had the perfect stay at Paulina’s - she was extremely responsive with any queries we had and very quick to act on any problems. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for a comfortable, home away from home stay. Paulina organised transfers to and from the airport which was a great help. Thanks again!

The place was great! Updated unit decorated so nicely, the balcony was great as well. Super close to the beach (the furthest spot we walked was 20 min) which was a plus! A really spacious apartment, would recommend. (Side note; the buildings windows are not soundproofed at all so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper)

Great 2 bed 2 bath apartment, ideal for family of 4, spacious and very convenient to travel around the Algarve or just to stay by the pool.
Apartment has been newly redone and it shows. AC and fans in each room and lots of new equipment in the kitchen. Balcony overlooking pool was superb, cannot go wrong with glass of wine in the evening or sun lounger there!
Facilities in the complex are great, never an issue to get a space by the pool. Tennis courts are free to use and not too busy. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, surely these are brilliant in the winter time.
On site cafe serves delicious, good value food and smoothies. Live music, karaoke some nights , we enjoyed from the balcony.
Free on street parking, great comparing to packed streets in town centers.
Large shopping center Aqua is 3 mins drive open till 11pm.
A few local places to eat available near by and so are food supermarkets .
Apartment was reasonably priced, we will definitely be back when in Algarve again!
