Everything is as on photo, apartments were clean and bright. Also it's located on quite street, so you won't be distracted by noise from cafes at night. Nice place and nice host :)

Alloggio molto funzionale e pulito, vicino alla passeggiata pedonale di Praia da Rocha. Paulina è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Ottimo soggiorno.

Me and a couple friends had a great week here. We were a 15 minute walk to the new ‘strip’ and only a 10 minute car journey to the old town - the Ubers were very sufficient. Great price, clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Tive uma experiência extremamente agradável. Desde o momento da chegada, fui recebido com uma hospitalidade calorosa que fez toda a diferença. O local em si era impecável, oferecendo conforto e tranquilidade, exatamente o que eu precisava para descansar e recarregar as energias. Cada detalhe, desde a limpeza até a qualidade das acomodações, demonstrou o cuidado e a atenção dedicados a garantir uma experiência memorável. Além disso, a proximidade a pontos turísticos e opções de lazer na região tornou a viagem ainda mais especial. Com certeza, foi uma estadia que superou minhas expectativas e deixou lembranças maravilhosas. Recomendo sem dúvida .

Le logement était parfait, très propre correspond parfaitement aux photos.
La piscine est à seulement cinq minutes parfait pour les enfants.
Le logement est proche de toute les belles plages et restaurants.
Je le recommande à 100%

Fantastic and brand new apartment with direct access from the private garage and direct access to the pool. Ideal for 4 it can host 6 with 3 bathrooms (also a plus).
The apartment is walking distance to the beach of Luz. Paulina has been very helpful at check-in and with needs we had.

Had the perfect stay at Paulina’s - she was extremely responsive with any queries we had and very quick to act on any problems. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you for a comfortable, home away from home stay. Paulina organised transfers to and from the airport which was a great help. Thanks again!

The place was great! Updated unit decorated so nicely, the balcony was great as well. Super close to the beach (the furthest spot we walked was 20 min) which was a plus! A really spacious apartment, would recommend. (Side note; the buildings windows are not soundproofed at all so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper)
