Bardzo ładny ,nowoczesny, czysty hotel. Gustownie i funkcjonalnie zaprojektowane wnętrze sprawia, że czuliśmy się u Was świetnie.

Ogólnie wszystko mi się podobało na terenie obiektu.

Hotel godny polecenia. Obsługa bardzo miła i zawsze bardzo pomocna. Jedzenie przepyszne. Super pomysłem są animacje dla dzieci. Byliśmy dwa razy i napewno wrócimy.

Jedyny minus to obiady u Państwa. Śniadania bardzo dobre, obiady (zupy) bardzo dobre, ale drugie dania jak byliśmy rok temu to były dużo dużo lepsze. Reszta na jak najwyższym poziomie. Oczywiście będziemy polecać i myślimy, że jeszcze do Was wrócimy.

Great experience, wonderful stay - Great Location: The hotel is beautifully situated, offering stunning views that truly enhance the overall experience. - Excellent Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The Swedish table setup was impressive. - Tidy and Clean: The entire place, including the rooms, was spotless and well-maintained. - Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were spacious, nicely decorated, and provided a very comfortable stay. - Nice Bar: The on-site bar was well-stocked with a pleasant atmosphere, perfect for relaxing in the evening. - Free Parking: Appreciated the convenience of free parking, which made the stay even more hassle-free.- Lack of English Signage: Unfortunately, everything was in Polish, including the documentation, signs around the hotel... For non-Polish speaking guests, this made it challenging to navigate and fully enjoy all the amenities. We would have appreciated having some information in English. - No Food Labels at Breakfast: This is just the detail and the breakfast was really delicious, but it was difficult to identify some of the dishes. Small cards with the names of the food items in English would have made the experience even better. - Sauna Flooring: The Finnish sauna had a stone or tile floor and it was too hot for feet, but we believe a wooden floor, as it use to be in this type of sauna, would be more comfortable and in line with a traditional Finnish sauna experience.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu z widokiem na Tatry. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane. Dobra baza wypadowa dla zwiedzających góry (możliwość zamiany śniadania na lunchbox, dla tych co chcą wcześniej wyjść w góry :) )
