El personal una maravilla! Todo muy limpio y riquísima comida

Top Hotel Seeehr freundliches Personal, sehr sauber, ruhige Lage. Manage ment sehr höflich, verständnisvoll und entgegen kommend hinsichtlich Baulärm( siehe: was hat mir nicht gefallen )In der Anlage wurde in der ersten Woche das Dach am neu entstehenden Gebäude gefertigt, was teilweise mit sehr starkem, die Ruhe störenden Lärm - größtenteils ganztägig - verbunden und uns bei Buchung nicht bekannt war. Das Management zeigte großes Verständnis für diese Situation und hat uns angemessen " entschädigt". Sehr professioneler Umgang mit der Situation. Ansonsten alles top in dem Hotel, insbesondere die Angestellten.

AMAZING ROMANTIC TRIP We wanted a super romantic, private vacation ( we spent 3 weeks in the room with the ocean view with balcony - we saw the sunrise, the ocean , palm trees from our bed !) This was the perfect place for that. - the beach is super private ( really few people around ), the most impressive water what we v ever seen, beautiful white sand…. The Hotel staff was super nice , friendly, helpful, professional ( and alwaaayssss smiling!) , they always cleaned ( more than one time / day the cleaning crew did something in the room), the food : as an Italian for me is important to eat pasta, and I can say they cooked very nice seafood pasta! The manager is very helpful and nice person! Organized programs for us, like Safari…. We were there when there was building infrastructuring but it did not bother us ( we could even sleep in the garden place in the middle of the day) , when the manager knew it’s gonna be a noisy day he offered a free transfer for everyone to an other amazing beach… and also we got compensation on the last day ( free boat trip from a Hotel) , so I can’t have any bad words! , we could relax, feel good , safe and HOME:) we can highly recommend!!!!!Nothing bad

Amazing Jambiani The place is amazing. The staff are very nice. The food may take a little while but it's worth the wait. The rooms are cozy with nice bathroom and good showers. The pool isn't very big, but it's perfect for the hotel. The beach is very nice, and the water has some of the most beautiful colors on the island.Be very careful when leaving the beach at high tide, as the waves can push against the rocks on the slope and on the ground before the stairs leading to the hotel.

Precious Paradise Location perfect, just outside the busier parts of Jambiani. Breakfast was amazing with fresh products daily. Our special compliments go out to Omari. This guy is precious! A real 'natural-born' host. Sees everything and is very attentive. I have worked in the hospitality (hotel) industry for many years and trust me such staff is very difficult to find!!! Try to keep him!Nothing really but if we may give some advise /tips: ▪︎ It would be nice to have a screen door (to keep out bugs) instead of glass door at the rooms. Or have both, so the guest can decide. Sleeping with a 'sea-breeze' is nicer than putting on the airco. ▪︎ A light strings around the palm trees does not really fit the Natural Garden concept. Keep it natural, it would be nice to see the stars at night. ▪︎ The waterbasins (in front of the rooms and at the swimming pool) for washing off the beach sand were empty and not refilled.

just an amazing relaxing stay the manager and alll the staff is very helpful and patient. room gets like cleaned almost immediatelly when you leave it so the cleaners are amazing to

Great tropical getaway Amazing hotel! Vibe, food, staff and definitely looks like on the photos especially when sunny, the water is mesmerizing and the beach front is super accessible and perfect for swimming and tanning. Big variety of food and really nice breakfast options. Hotel room was comfortable and air conditioned, nice getaway from the tropical humidity. Clean bathroom and new clean towels ready every day. No stains, no weird smell. The staff, especially Ibrahim and Voy the receptionist, are really friendly and helpful. The security guard, the cleaning staff and bartenders are also extremely nice and polite. Great cultural display of how nice Zanzibari people are!When you shower the warm water runs out fast, though it was still manageable since it was too hot outside to shower with warm water anyway. Still, the warm water should be available at all times.

Die Mitarbeiter und auch der Hotelmanager waren sehr nett. Sie haben uns bei Ausflügen unterstützt. Jeden Tag wurde gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist und es uns gut geht. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Es wurde immer frisch zubereitet, dadurch kam es zu kleinen Wartezeiten.Die Zimmer waren sehr klein.

Exceptional stay for my hen holiday. This hotel truly felt like a dream. The view of the sea from both the restaurant and the rooms was absolutely breathtaking — endless turquoise waters. Waking up to that view each morning was pure magic. The hospitality was second to none. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The service was consistently excellent — warm, attentive, and genuine. Whether we were lounging by the beach, enjoying a meal, or simply relaxing in our room, we felt incredibly well taken care of. Dining at the restaurant was a highlight in itself — delicious food served with that stunning sea view made every meal special.
