Luxury apartment in location and all tgings

Świetne mieszkanie w nowym budownictwie,lokal znajduje się w centrum miasta,w środku bardzo czysto. Jedynie było zaznaczone że śniadanie wliczone w cenę,po zaakceptowaniu okazało się ze trzeba dopłacić extra 50 zł za dobę , trochę mylące przy wyborze. Poza tym wszystko ok!

We initially had some trouble getting in because they use their own check-in system. After a bit of back and forth, we were able to get into the apartment. It wasn't ready when we arrived, but once we were inside, we found it to be clean. It checked all the boxes - we had AC, a working desk in the bedroom, and a great location. I will definitely use them again. In my opinion, communication could be more instant, but overall, I would recommend and would stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic - we were a husband, wife, and 2yo toddler staying here and found everything met or exceeded expectations. The place was spotless when we arrived; the host arranged quickly for early bag drop and was very communicative. The cleaning service was in the apartment cleaning right before we arrived, which was much appreciated! During the first day or two there was a mechanical issue (AC wasn't working) BUT the host fixed it ASAP. Mechanical issues like this can happen at the most luxurious of hotels, and we were very impressed by the speed in which the host resolved things. The area can't be beat. It's a quick metro ride away from Old Town, and there are TWO high-end food halls (Browary and Fabryka Norblina) within short walking distance which offered an array of options that we could get to-go, making the area very toddler and family friendly. We will definitely stay with VIP Warsaw again next time we are in Warsaw!

Perfect stay - really great location and apartment. Only issue was it had conditioner and shower gel listed as provided and it wasn’t.
