A berendezés nagyon szép, kényelmes az ágy, minden van amire szükség lehet egy kirándulás alkalmával. Közel van a belvároshoz, mellette van egy bolt is, és a wellness részleg is szuper. Még visszajövünk!Az ajtó néha nehézkesen záródott. Az egyik kártya nem működött.

Overall, the quality of the rooms and the staff's polite and accommodating response to our concerns made this a grea The rooms at this hotel were exceptional! They featured spacious, comfortable beds and a sofa that easily converted into a sofa bed. The kitchen area was modern and well-equipped, and the balconies were a lovely addition. The bathroom was particularly impressive—large, clean, and beautifully designed.the check-in time was quite late at 4:00 PM. Upon arrival, we were informed that, due to the busy holiday period, our rooms were only just ready. We had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the second room. While this was inconvenient, the Manager handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. As an apology, we were offered a bottle of white wine, and after requesting a late checkout, we were granted an extra hour, checking out at 12:00 instead of 11:00.

Összességében jó volt, modern lakások, szép kilátás , tisztaság, jól felszerelt, jó elhelyezkedéssel, nagyon szép spa részleg.A személyzet egy szóval borzasztó! Egy recepciós , fekete hajú lány nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, viszont a szőke hajú egy másik szőkével pedig katasztrófa ! Mosoly nem volt egyik arcàn sem, lenézőek voltak ,bàr azt nem értettük,hogy miért :D kár,hogy étkezési lehetőség nincs.

Super obiekt, nowoczesny i przede wszystkim czysty pokój. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Jedynym minusem jest parking, lepiej byłoby gdyby każdy apartament miał przypisane miejsce. W pewnym momencie nie mieliśmy możliwości wyjazdu przez to jak nieudolnie zaparkowali inni. Przyjechaliśmy dużym suvem i ciężko było się przemieszczać wokół budynku.
Mimo wszystko zdecydowanie polecam te apartamenty.

Czysto, piękny zapach na wejściu do apartamentu. Zupełnie nie słyszeliśmy ludzi zza ściany, a to dość istotna sprawa w okresie sylwestrowym :)

New modern apartments close to Krupowki Modern new apartment, very nice bathroom with a big shower, clean, good location, friedly and helpful staff (they even called us after check out that the house keeping found some staff we forgot there so we could return and collect it)Wifi is very poor and needs to be improved, also tv signal was dropping off

Сауну можна зробити трошки теплішою Місце розташування, сервіс - все добре.Інтернет дуже слабкий. З трьох телевізорів був підключений до інтернету тільки один.
