Piotr ist ein super Gastgeber und das Studio war wie beschrieben. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und der eingezäunten Garten war perfekt für unseren Hund.

Bezproblemowa szybka komunikacja z właścicielem. Tylko byliśmy przenocować i ruszyć dalej rano więc w tej cenie jak dla mnie wszystko jak najbardziej ok. Będziemy może jeszcze kiedyś wracać. Pozdrawiam

Отличная современная квартира со всем необходимым для отдыха.Фишка в том, что есть бассейн, сауна и джакузи. Рядом большое количество ресторанов. Великолепный отдых и море позитива

Mieszkanie Pana Piotra jest idealnym wyborem dla par i dla znajomych. Po przyjeździe byliśmy zaskoczeni standardem jak i udogodnieniami mieszkania. Pan Piotr zadbał o wszystko więc nie było słowa o braku herbaty kawy czy ręczników bądź aneksu. Strefa spa to świetna na klimatyczne wieczory spory basen jaccuzi sauna. Największym plusem jest lokalizacja która jest w samym centrum w którym nie mamy parkingów a pan Piotr zapewnił na prywatne miejsce w parkingu podziemnym. Jednym słowem bomba szczerze wrócę i polecam innym.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause ?. Die Lage ist großartig, in der Nähe von Strand und Restaurants. Ich kann sie auf jeden Fall empfehlen und würde gerne wiederkommen❣️

Skvěle umístěné, pro přespání na dlouhé cestě po dálnici. Využili jsme pouze pro přespání a pokračovali v cestě dál. Vše odpovídalo popisu.

To nietypowe miejsce, zaadaptowany lokal usługowy ale ma wszystko, co potrzebne, żeby wygodnie przenocować. Duże okno balkonowe, stolik z krzesełkami przed wejściem, kawałek zieleni, miejsce parkingowe tuż obok. Przy ulicy, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało, nawet przypominało wakacyjne lokalizacje, gdzie można siedzieć przed domem i patrzeć na życie przedmieścia. W nocy spokojnie i cicho. Sklep bardzo blisko.

We had a great stay at Piotr‘s Apartment. It is beautifully located in a calmer area of Cala d‘Or and only a very short walk to the beach. The apartment is as described and we felt at home from the beginning. The outdoor pool was not usable during a part of our stay due to maintenance, but when it was available again we enjoyed it a lot. We were travelling with our three-year old and it is totally recommendable also for a stay with a child. Would love to come back one day!

Appartement à quelques mètres de la plage GRAN et du centre ville. Place de parking privé et sécurisé. L’intérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de beaux meubles, mais surtout équipé de la climatisation! Jolie terrasse donnant sur piscine, sans vis à vis. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances chez Piotr, qui est un hôte accueillant, compatissant et très réactif.

Piotr appartement is just perfect! If you need a quiet and stylish place to enjoy Mallorca, You can definitely go for this one. With its three terraces and sea view, at less than two minutes walk from the beautiful cosy beach of Cala Gran and five from all the restaurants and shops you’ll need. For couple. So romantic!

Perfect place @ Cala d'Or. Well placed and comfortable appartment. Nice stay and easy communication with Piotr (even when miles away from place!). Great stay!

Nice flat with 3 terraces in a quiet residence. The beach is only 5 min walk from the flat. The parking lot is very convenient especially in this overcrowded period (August). Piotr was reactive and answered my emails. Too bad, we didn't see him but we had no difficulty to get the key. I recommend this accommodation.

Ce logement est idéal, très bien situé proche de l'animation tout en étant au calme. Situé au dernier étage il dispose de trois terrasses, vraiment très agréable, je recommande vivement ce lieu.

El apartamento esta en un punto espectacular , a 100mts de La gran Cala y a una distancia a pie de la zona de restaurantes . Esta decorado con muy buen gusto y tiene unas terrazas super grandes , con vistas al jardin y piscina y tambien se ve algo del mar. En cuanto a la atencion del propietario , le pedimos ropa de cama de abrigo y a las pocas horas ya no las habian traido. Recomendable 100%
