LOVELY :) would recommend Spa facilities were extremely welcome after several days of walking and in the cold. The apartment was well kept, clean and had great facilities. (fridge and self-catering facilities were very much appreciated!)I had to get up really early in the morning, for travelling and wanted to take a shower at 0400h. Unfortunately there seems to be a procedure where the hot water is not switched on prior to a set time and therefore i had to shower with cold water which was not very pleasant.
Reception is only open at 0800h. As a group we had to leave the hotel at 0630 for early travels and therefore we could not do a normal check-out. That being said, the communications with the hotel via Booking.com messages were great and we left them a message with details of where we left the key etc.

Cozy & romantic Very pleasant, cosy accommodation! Charming, comfortable, clean! Super that there is a garage for the car. Special thanks to the reception lady who waited for our late arrival! And Zakopane is a little "jewel box".

The hotel was close to the central station, so it was easy to get there. The room was comfortable with great views of the mountains. To visit the SPA area we needed to make a request but it wasn't a problem, each day was a suitable time for us. I definitely recommend visiting this hotel.

Супер Персонал, уют, красота отельного комплекса, вкусный завтрак, кофе ммм. Подземная своя парковка, большой номер, камин, чисто, удобная кровать, как дома. Очень приятно было получить благодарность от отеля. Большое спасибо вам за гостеприимство!Крутой подъём - спуск к отелю, с зимней шиной заехать можно.

Pobyt udany ,pogoda dopisała, widoki super. Niewykluczone że tam wrócimy ?? Śniadania bardzo urozmaicone, każdy nawet najbardziej wybredny gość znajdzie coś dla siebie ?świetna lokalizacja, blisko dwora autobusowego , do centrum nieco ponad kilometr więc można powiedzieć że niedaleko, piękne widoki na góry. Na plus również garaż podziemny. No i strefa SPA...świetna sprawa??Słabo odśnieżone schodki prowadzące do hotelu , brak poręczy .
