Ļoti laipns, atsaucīgs personāls.Varēja saņemt visu nepieciešamo informāciju. Viss bija ļoti tīrs. Par visu bija padomāts. Plašs numuriņš ar skatu uz kalniem. Skaista vieta tuvu centram. Autostāvvieta.

Puiki lokacija, pėsčiomis galima lengvai pasiekti miestelio centrą ir kitus lankytinus objektus. Viešbučio kambariai erdvūs ir švarūs. SPA zona visada atpalaiduodavo po sunkių dienos žygių kalnuose

Zdecydowanie polecam, miła obsługa, świetna lokalizacja i wysoka jakość. Bardzo smaczne śniadanie, duży wybór.Toaleta, zbyt mało miejsca, w zasadzie dla dorosłej osoby niemożliwa do skorzystania. Ktoś przy urządzaniu nie pomyślał i zupełnie niepotrzebnie wmontował tam półkę.
Umywalka również bardzo mała, ale tu już dało radę używać.
Prysznic bez zarzutów.

Очень хорошее месторасположние,рядом центр, остановки автобуса которые везут на главные достопримечательности,Термы,магазины.Вид с балкона чудесный.Чистота,все необходимое на кухне.Спа тоже в тему ,после похода по горам.Однозначно рекомендую.

Nice, quality apartment and helpful staff The apartment is located close to the train station but it's quiet enough and having close connection to the downtown.
I liked the layout of the suite, the wellness facility, the pingpong table and the panorama.Kitchen is equipped with really minimalist way :-( e..g. 4 spoon for 4 person meaning that if you go with a family you always need to do washing the dishes as there are no spare cutleries. (also there is no dishwasher)
Would be also good to equip:
-the bathroom with more towel-hook as the current 2 are not sufficient for a family
-put local/ reading lamps to the bedroom and living room
Various facilities in the Wellness doesn't work (kneipp pools, cold water tub were empty, showers didn't work etc). Please fix it or reduce price.
These are minor enhancements but would definitely increase the customer satisfaction.

Bardzo wygodny apartament, dużym plusem jest bezpłatne jaccuzi - korzystaliśmy codziennie! Śniadania bardzo smaczne, szczególnie pasta jajeczna :-) Duży wybór potraw, na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.Brakowało małej lampki nad łóżkiem. Spałam w salonie na rozkładanej kanapie. Żeby poczytać przed snem musiałam palić duży żyrandol i potem wstać, żeby zgasić światło.
