Excellent Christmas holidays Property was very clean , nice room , excellent comfortable mattress , beautiful viewIt was hard to go up with the suitcase specially when you have no car ,
There wasn’t any Christmas decorations in our apartment but we bought some small Christmas trees

Поездка была чудесная Все чудесно, чистый номер, хорошая ванная и зал! Хороший персонал и очень качественный завтрак! Еще бы цену поменьше, было бы супер ))Кровать для двоих не совсем удобная, как будто на 1.5 человека. И без машины тяжело постоянно подниматься.

LOVELY :) would recommend Spa facilities were extremely welcome after several days of walking and in the cold. The apartment was well kept, clean and had great facilities. (fridge and self-catering facilities were very much appreciated!)I had to get up really early in the morning, for travelling and wanted to take a shower at 0400h. Unfortunately there seems to be a procedure where the hot water is not switched on prior to a set time and therefore i had to shower with cold water which was not very pleasant.
Reception is only open at 0800h. As a group we had to leave the hotel at 0630 for early travels and therefore we could not do a normal check-out. That being said, the communications with the hotel via Booking.com messages were great and we left them a message with details of where we left the key etc.

Cozy & romantic Very pleasant, cosy accommodation! Charming, comfortable, clean! Super that there is a garage for the car. Special thanks to the reception lady who waited for our late arrival! And Zakopane is a little "jewel box".

The hotel was close to the central station, so it was easy to get there. The room was comfortable with great views of the mountains. To visit the SPA area we needed to make a request but it wasn't a problem, each day was a suitable time for us. I definitely recommend visiting this hotel.
